just wanted to design the gt5 screens , i dont have photoshop, but this is my first try, hope you like it, i ll make more and better, i will try to get photoshop as soon as possible, if someone have stuff like this please post it.:)



its just my first test, i know it looks noob lol, just wanted to sart the idea.
 
Awesome Idea man, I hope this page catches on. If i had any idea how to do any kind of cropping or photoshopping I know I'd go nuts with pictures and themes.

Wow...that reminds me of GT2,good job on that one mate.
 
I have had a quick attempt at the car manufacturer selection screen.

Having to scroll from one end all the way to the other end to get to the last manufacturer in the list isn't a good design.

But still...pretty cars. :drool::drool:

That is true. I cannot argue with that to be honest unless you go left to go to the end. I'll have to try a V1.1.

Following justified criticism from Slims I have changed my Showroom UI to improve efficiency of navigation. What do you all think?

I would love to design this stuff but I ain't got a clue where to start, love the thread some of these images are amazing.
 
@ Con360 Having all those cars would make your head explode! The player must have done some biblical grinding to accrue Cr537m+ in the Ferrari image. Good stuff though.

We might get all those cars in the GT5 SpecII update. Did you just leak all the content?

Some of the Ferraris you have listed would make the ultimate car porn game if they were included. Tweet that list to Kaz...

GT5 and Forza 4 since F4 already has a vinyl editor that allows ANY shapes and up to 4,100 shapes per car. :sly:

This took ages to choose all 159 cars that you see on here, but i finished it.
Post one car you would love to see from this list in the new 2.0 update ;)

On the design side the tiny text would be illegible on a lot of screens.

I started scanning the left column and as soon as I hit the fifteenth car I stopped. Not because I got bored, far from it, I stopped simply because I saw Maserati MC12 racecar. If SpecII featured this car, particularly in Vitaphone livery, I would constantly have a crisis in my pants - It is in my top 5 cars of all time. The only time I tried it in a game was NFS Shift which was crap.

One car it should never feature is the Faralli & Mazzanti Antas V8 as it is a hideous mish-mash of retro and contemporary design. I noticed your stats say 15627 cars - We can dream con360.

Well done for compiling that list too that demanded serious patience. I will have a new UI piece completed tomorrow but now I must finish reading your list...

To be honest I didn't include enough race cars but i like most of the choices i made :) The Bond Bug would be funny to drive :D

Haha, yeah sorry about it being so simple, but I can't think of any other way of displaying that many cars at once. But thanks :)
 
@ akuyuku Very nice indeed. I put it on my tv and it looks good in HD1080 too. If you got a GIF background going it would look the business.

I thought that seeing as though we can interact with friends through sending gifts and trading cars why not go a step further and share our videos through a Video Wall.

This is the UI I came up with for viewing our friend's videos in-game - From here you can view, download (HDD or direct to Vita) and comment on users videos.
