what did you previous own for fanatec gear. me and RMX had clubsport pedals v1 and we got our codes earlier this week. if your a none clubsport owner your most likely are the bottom of the list.
Whehe, same here....and just gone all the way because the Heusinkveld pedals are back ik stockWell, we will seeI spent over $2k on sim racing and a new PC in the last 3 months and lost control
Now with the V2 it would be $3k.
A lot lessHow is the free wheeling friction compared to the V1.I need to know because of one hand driving in City Car Driving and EuroTruck Simulator and parking as such.

Yea I have only bought the CSR , so your probably right.
Why haven't I got my code yet? I am a previous csw owner and I have gotten the email that said I would get a code, but I haven't gotten the code.
Bought a used CSWv1 and Formula Wheel from a respected member of the iRacing community. Motors have been replaced previously, everything appears to be in great condition, and they were shipped in the original Fanatec packaging. I've had a CSW before (sold it when I moved into a smaller apartment) so I'm familiar with using it.
I followed all installation instructions from the website, plugged everything in, turned on the wheel, installed the latest drivers (200), it asked me to update to the latest firmware (53) so I did. Everything went fine, but when it went through the centering process after turning the wheel back on it pulled all the way to the left and stayed there. It was held pretty tight so it took a little force to turn it back to center, turned it a little to the right and it automatically pulled all the way to the right and stuck there again. The same thing happens over and over again, it's normal (loose) in the center but once I go a 1/4 turn or so in either direction the motors pull it all the way in that direction. I did the centering calibration but that didn't do anything to help the problem.
I tried iRacing with it, calibrates fine until I get to the final 50 degrees or so of movement on each side, then it pulls hard to the left or right. Once I get in the game the wheel just jerks left and right when I try to turn a little, so I have to fight to hold it centered, otherwise the wheel just pulls all the way to one direction.
I uninstalled everything and went back to an older driver (144) and firmware (37) and it still has the same problem.
I tried it on a second computer, so completely fresh install, started with 144 drivers, same problem, then to 200 drivers, same problem. I tried different USB ports, USB 3.0, 2.0, powered hubs, unpowered hubs, not sure what to do from here.
I took a video to show what's happening (video still processing, give it a few minutes):
Any help would be appreciated.

there's Tonne's of production reviews out there K_Soze, Sure aren't as In depth as the Beta tester's but they are out there.
Exactly what I wanted to hear, I am so amped waiting for mine to arrive. Before offering my full opinion, I want to use this wheel for a solid week with both the Formula rim and the BMW rim. Sadly, Fanatec's repair man seems to be a bit langsam...
So a mini impressions list with just the Formula rim:
- If you have a CSW v1... sell it now... sell it for >$400 (USD) and get a v2. Easily worth a $100-200 upgrade.
- Is there such a thing as too strong FFB? I honestly cannot see anyone needing any more FFB than what this wheel offers. From this point forward, the battle should be for FFB detail (resolution), smoothness and turning speed (both kind of tied together)
- More than force, the biggest positive, by a country mile is the DETAIL of the FFB. I can feel the freaking curvature of the road surface at Eau Rouge change as the turn transitions into the Camel Straight at Spa (in AC). I can feel the difference between brushing a rumble strip, being on it fully and partly off. Understeer and oversteer (while very game dependent) are more apparent. Everything related to road feel is just better
More later...
Unfortunately not, when I ordered it, it was due "08 December" and since then I sent an email asking if there was any update to the shipping date estimate (thinking it was delayed) and their response was "Early December". So at best just over a month away. Interesting because I haven't heard of any Australian orders being fulfilled yet, only US and European orders. The V2 is more than powerful enough for the BMW rim, you will love it.
Thats why I didn't sell any of my rims. I wanted a leather rim and couldn't see any aftermarket ones I liked to go with the UN hub. The Porsche rim grew on me so much I had to have it!
Any news on your base?
My first ever wheel was a Logitech Driving Force EX on the PS2 with Gran Turismo 4. Not mounted, just sitting in my lap lol. Then I went to a G25 with Gran Turismo 5, made a simple rig for that, and now I'm upgrading to the CSWv2, CSPv2 and DSD shifter with a whole new home built rig with bucket seat and buttkicker, and good PC for sims..You would think that with the unit's being built in China that supplying Australia would be easier.
It'll be worth the wait.
What wheels have you had? I had a bunch of Logitech wheel last being the DFGT, then a T500rs an Elite and a CSW.
The V2 is on a whole other level from the Elite and CSW
