It's not that I think the higher steering ratio makes me slower. I think the reduced ratio makes me artificially faster.

I wasnt that sure about the rocket red type colour seeing this at E3.
However when you guys see it 1:1 all I can say is it looks really striking and not garish at all.

Question is what is Thomas hiding with his hand

Looking at 2009 with FM3 and PWTS then comparing that to FM4 and CSRE.

I remember getting so excited about the PWTS as it really changed what was possible on a console/racing game.

Forza is going to fix that issue in the first patch for the game.

Hmm I've never come across that bug.
Does that mean that my wheel is faulty? Or that the people who are experiencing the bug are due for wheel death.

I've never understood it TBH.

There is a bug in Forza thats been affecting Fanatec users. Basically what happens is if you drive an ultra clean race (no slides and such) the game thinks you're cheating and doesnt award XP. Thomas talked about it on his blog here:

There's also been another issue some people have experienced where the game doesnt recognize a 900 degree wheel properly. The current workaround has been to power on the Xbox via it's power button and then power up your Fanatec wheel and then engage Xbox mode. People have had issues when they've used the wheel itself to "wake" the console in the same manner one would when using a wireless controller.
