Fanatec GT2 CS edition order status

I waited almost a week after my product went to delivered and I got no tracking info. I emailed claudia and got some tracking numbers, then a few days later she emailed me different tracking numbers that actually worked.

If you guys don't get tracking info by next week I'd email the claudia's and try to get the process rolling.

Seems like everything goes wrong there :/

On Tuesday night I ordered an notebook from an onlinestore, get an "shipped" email Wednesday morning with tracking ID. Today on Thursday I will deliver it, it´s already in the "shipping center" in my town...

That´s the way how it must work... I dont get it why it took 1-2 weeks @Booey till your order has delivered... But you live in Canada, lets see how long it will took here in germany... At least Fanatec´s place is not that far from mine...
 
Got me tracking numbers of ups, apparently its ready to be picked up by UPS? even though it was meant to be shipped on tuesday. Expected delivery date is monday, so final weekend of black ops for me then :D
 
Oh yeah, I have moved on to "DELIVERED"! No tracking or anything, so I am not waiting at the door or anything.

GT3RS, CSP and RennSport Wheel Stand V2... someday :)
 
Got my email from UPS today. Confuse but they say they got no packet but expected delivery date is tomorrow january 21 👍👍

Finally! I will not imagine if I miss the delivery "dude"... Than I got to wait till monday :crazy:

Thanks man! I know I´m a bit too eagerly and have whined a lot here :/ But I hate to wait and it took exactly 3 weeks to get an product that was in stock...

I placed a single new order with wheel, pedals and stand. The order status as a whole is simply "delivered". Today I got a UPS tracking number for 2 packages, 1 is 14lbs and the other 15lbs with a delivery date of Jan 24th.

That was the replacement for the GT2 CSE+stand I originally ordered on Dec 11 and canceled.
 
Well Fanatec it's the twenty first of January. According to your blog, you state that the GT2 CSP's will begin to ship? Are you starting to ship them now or is there another delay?
 
Became my GT3 with CSP´s today. Played 2-3 hours. Just a DREAM! The difference to the DFP is huge. It is so smooth and the CSP´s are brillant! The braking is different but after 1 hour you get it and you can start to improve your old hotlaptimes.

Everything works fine so far! I hope it will work for a very long time! I´m really happy, it was worth the money and the wait. Even though it was killing me. It took 3 weeks.

GT5 has a very "low" or soft force feedback even though the game setting is on 10 and the wheel setting on 100%. Just tried Supercar Challenge out, the FFB is fantastic and very strong.

Congrats! Happy to hear a good experience. The CSPs sure are great, aren't they? Too bad Fanatec couldn't get me a wheel in a timely fashion. I am not as patient as you apparently.

Please note that the dates in my blog are the arrival dates of the ship and not the dates we sip out the wheels. I have sent an e-mail to all GT2 customers who ordered their wheel for the January delivery that we will start shipping out the wheels in week 7 and 8 which is mid February.
Now we need to wait for the ships to arrive until I can post further news.

I got my pedals last week and set it up on my wheel stand. Love the set up! I built a pedal stop which is similar to Fanatec's pedal stop, which helps a ton.

It is worth waiting for. Works great in Forza. :D
 
Ordered a GT3RS v2 C-sport Edition mid december 2010. Kept checking order status and saw a paid and delivered notification a 2 weeks ago. Mailed fanatec about the delivered status and promptly got a mail about order being shipped. This week received some UPS tracking info and mid week I recieved the goods.
Almost 100% satisfied, but the extra cable I ordered wasn't with the package.
Waiting for a response about that glitch, but the wheel and clubsport pedals are truly a awesome piece of kit.
Just setting it up with the WSP now , only the clubsport pedals giving me a headache how to fixate that to the WSP.

Update
Received the missing cable today by UPS so all is well now.
Used the GT3RS for a few days now and I'm very happy with it using it with GT5. Still messing around with the tuning settings, but i'm getting there with a real life feel.

I ordered a GT3RS V2 Clubsport edition with shifters on the 4th December in the UK.

I recieved the wheel and pedals on Friday! Still waiting for the shifters and also the Rennsport stand which is fine.


Fanatec - Could you advise when the stand will be dispatched? I know the blog said they arrived your end yesterday but when do you anticipate a dispatch to the UK?

I love my gt3 and the csp´s, I give the gt3 a kiss after playing :D

Probably I will sell it after a few months and order the GT2 before FM4 comes...

What about the wheelstands supposed to arrive on Jan. 7th?

Are those shipping anytime soon?

******UPDATE****** I just got my "delivered" e-mail on my Rennsport Wheelstand v2. So I guess they are shipping now.

Now I can stare at it for about a month till the GT2 CSE shows up.

I just ordered a GT3 RS V2 today with a table clamp. Could someone please provide me with a guesstimate of when I should receive this based on what others have experienced? A couple of weeks or (hopefully not) months? I saw in the USA Webshop that no delay is listed at the top of the product listing page for either product.

PWGT3 RS EU and USA

We received new inventory and we will release all open orders of all versions this week. Our US warehouse should start to ship out everything this week until early next week.
