Female Drivers.

I don't really care much although an A-spec Amanda/B-spec Britney counterpart to A-spec Andy/B-spec Bob would be as welcome as a female Pokemon trainer was in Pokemon Crystal. A female Stig would be awesome and awkward at the same time :lol:

I never noticed the gender of my driver, I mean I always see he/she wearing a suit with a helmet I just assumed he was a guy because I am.

Since getting gt5, I've always thought the driver looked female.
In fact, at some point later, I realized that the driver was supposed to be non gender specific, and I just saw a woman when I looked at her... and wondered why there were not dozens of threads here complaining how the drivers were made to look female. :lol:
I really have always felt the driver avatar looks really quite feminine. Particularly in the back shoulder blades and the rather narrow waist.
I've usually refrained from mentioning it just because I didn't want to offend any sensitive men with fragile egos who might have a physical build that does resemble the driver avatar's build, because obviously, I don't think there's anything wrong with that, just like I wouldn't think there's anything wrong with a woman who didn't have huge breasts.
 
We ran seasonals to make some money and buy a few cars, we ran in some nascar rooms saturday and a rm vette room sunday. We only seen one female and she won just about every race and she was treated very well. Girlfriend is to nervous to drive in a room still but she does make for a great spotter .
 
I can actually see where having a Female driver would be beneficial IRL given that as a whole women are typically more petite than men and tend to be lighter than men. In short a woman driving in F1 could potentially carry more muscle mass relative to her weight and still be lighter than a male counterpart while still being healthy.

smaller driver=less weight= better laps(minutely but better)
 
Formula 1 has a minimum vehicle weight requirement that includes driver. Team are all under the weight limit and use ballast to bring the car up to spec, so a female driver wouldn't really impact the weight of F1 cars.
 
Don't think is needed, honestly racing suits aren't that "tight" so if you look at that it could be a guy or girl under it, even could be a zombie driving your cars.
So the whole idea of having a female driver is quite pointless, since we can't see under the helmet/suit, well not if they make the female driver wearing "tighter" clothes so her boobs/butt can clearly show up. But other than that I don't think is needed, if you want your driver to be female, she can be, just use your imagination.

Well if they add this opition on GT6 i'll totally use it, plus a name like "SexyGirl69" to rip off some rare cars out of innocent kids who seek for a gf in games. :sly:

Yes this is true,
but you would have more weight to add to the car, and you can place that weight closer to where you would want it.

Also taller drivers - Mark Webber for 1 - sit up 'higher' in the cockpit - so more impact on aerodynamics and on their neck etc..

Girl cleaning up in a Nascar or RM vette room would have probably been uss.nautical/whoosiergirl. Find the more mature groups to hang out with and your girlfriend won't have any problems, little different online crowd on GT5 than say Black Ops.
