Only 3 races left for me to attend. Must make all of them, I need to get a good gap in points between 4th-5th to secure 4th! I'm definitely not going to make Motegi...

Why you dont can drive motegi killa?

No further action to be taken for turn one incident involving ArtMannn and gazziboy. gazziboy tried to overtake on the outside where there wasn't enough room and ArtMannn had the racing line on the inside.

What a crock of ****.

I've tried a bunch of set ups and have resorted to my set up from last year but with full downforce and trying to actually hit the apex if I can find it- almost 3 seconds faster than last season:confused: but really need to work on reducing mistakes . It's been a long time since doing F1 / X1 so my hands are cramping up a bit from all the shifting. I hope to do better than 10th on Sunday.

^i'd fancy a rally car on that track :d^

we should do it with the monza settings it didnt rain till the last 10 laps anyway and the lighting would look good for doing a video.

can you guys see the vid? Its a white frame for me .
fixed

OMFG!!!!!! He's crazy!!!!!!!!!

oh I can't attend SPA because ill be out of town

That's horrible. I finally can do some races and you can't race. Can't you tell someone that you have an very important World Championship race to do?

no because what I'm doing is more important. I have a race on saturday in myrtle beach and wont be back till tuesday

EDIT: also I figured out where my competion for 4th in the standings have to place so I can keep 4th and my chances are not bad

What race is that?

Thats very sad no bull.
But good luck for your nescar race.

I think GANGSTA get the 4th position in the standings when he drive now every race and make 2 or 3 position its possible for him.

idk I have 46 points and gangsta even of he finishes in 2nd for 3 races he will only have 45

EDIT: but I do need him to race this race so if you can pursuade him to race sunday that would be great

I find its better when all Guest Drivers are on the OP.
Looks better with much drivers.

I totally agree with Immortal.

You don't notice the dirty air?? It's really noticeable under braking and turning, you can even use it to your advantage to keep people behind. I can't believe you can't tell the difference!

The worst dirty air i noticed was at Monaco, i was catching IMMORTAL and as soon as i got in the draft, i started hitting the walls almost every corner, with horrible understeer. IMMORTAL used that to his advantage to keep me at bay, otherwise i would have won :sly:

Hehe yes m8 i have drive slow that you get the bad air:cool:
But the bad air make me 2 seconds slower only the straight speed is much faster with it.
But i think in La sarth you need the draft to be fast.

That's why I can't wait for Sarthe... it's going to be a crap shoot. Depending on how intelligent the person racing with you is people can group up and put a solid chase on the cars ahead working together drafting in pairs.

@ Art: I'm sure more than once you've had to deal with me dirtying up your air or keeping you from my draft on the straights. Happens so much last race I started swerving a bit between turns 4 and 5 as you were approaching just to be funny one lap, not sure if you noticed. (Disclaimer for others reading: I know it's only one blocking move, this was just silliness didn't block him or anything.)

I've definitely noticed the dirty air in Grand Valley back when I was using the DS3. Your rears becoming more oversteery, braking isn't as good, and you could feel the grip loss.

Well now that you point it out i do know what you mean, I guess ive always adapted my driving to it without noticing so much.
The porsche curves at Sarthe will prove to be intresting but i gotta warn you guys i havent had many chances sofar this season to go all Schumi on someone.
Only Alonso has really expirenced that twice actually.

Hmm thats strange killa, how come you felt it on DS3 but Wilso couldn't? Or should i be asking Wilso:confused:

I think it's more pronounced in these cars than any other car because of how dependent they are on downforce.

Couldn't go flat out through the shumacher S when I was following, wasn't enough grip.

Careful though, like I said people can use it to their advantage. I ran off track following immortal during the practice race at last turn trying to draft him. He took a really wide line into the last turn wasn't paying attention to how far out we'd gone and it shot me onto the beach - he had clean air and I didn't. You can bait people like that and force mistakes...

It's probably harder to tell on a ds3 because if the car isn't turning you can give it more extreme turning angle quicker to compensate.

Im so amazing im subconsciously adapting to it :sly:
I only really notice undrsteer and well lack of braking distance is just commonsense in a draft.

Maybe it's the vibration sensitivity?

Edit - And it looks like a certain Artistic member got a premo. 'grats.

In this league it seems most people get it, I rarely get hit from behind with a few exceptions. Online though, generally speaking, this definitely isn't common sense - unfortunately.

Ive always made a note to brake ealier and coast into the corner to avoid hitting them also in a fast corner entering wide and apexing earlier you can use the bad air to you advantage.
Ive been racing the F1's sense april 2011 giver take so im some what expirenced with it.
