Well, practiced till 4 am EST to no avail... Just got up, sipping on my cofee and waiting for the pain killers to kick in then I'm off to the paddock.

See you guys in a bit!!!!

Any BSB fans? :p
Gosh True..... I hope BSB stands for Brirish Super Bikes and not something like...... Back Street Boys?:lol::lol:

I just wanted to say that todays practice races were friggin awesome!
I didn't excpect so many to show up, plus, the races were close from top to bottom.

It was great to see so many of you legendary GT Racers in action at the same time :).

Thanks for the room True!

It's an honor and a privelidge to be racing with you guys!

Here's to a promising new round of 'Formula Gran Turismo World Championships!'

No, it's Tuvalu.
Okay, so I wasn't that far off :sly:

Well I wouldn't want to swim between the two... :p
No!...No way, unless you wanted to commit suicide in one of the worst imaginable ways. I really hope that being eaten alive is not one of the ways I go out .

However, to be able to boat in between, or have an amphibian aircraft.... NOW you're talking :).
I'll tell you guys what. When I win the Mega Millions Lottery, I promised to get one of them super cruiser boats for all members, and we'll have playstations laid out for everyone, along w some pretty girls to give us massages and cocktails, and many other amenities .

Okay 5:45 am...I must be a bit delirious lol

It really was fun  looking forward to the race. I haven't got the Q pace but pretty happy with my race pace
Ye m8, you definitely stepped it up a few notches today. Keep at it m8 👍

Yeah I'm stuggling myself, I feel like im doing great but lap time says different but it's not bothering me because anything can happen in the race :)
There were a few people spinning last night and as long as you keep your head down you can make time up by keeping it on track.

EDIT - Remember for the Pre-Q drivers the TT event is now open :)

Yes definitely, consistency will be key for me at grand valley

Out of curiosity how many stops do people expect to make?

Depressing story of the day:

My dad gave an AK47 note away during the week. We've only just found out what they're worth :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

from what I saw yesterday I think it could even be 4 min if not 5. I'm going to aim to do 3 but might be a stretch to do that.

3 is possible but 4 is faster, a lot will depend in-play strategy, using a 4 to undercut behind the close by leader or the car they are chasing (forcing a pit from them in response) or the leader using a 3 if he is 7-10 secs ahead to force the chasing pack into a 3; etc

I highly recommend watching an onboard lap or ten of Immortal to see the lines, gear selection, apex speeds and braking, especially in Tunnel 3, lots to learn!

For sure, trying to influence those around you will be key. I'm trying to look at going linger though as my overall pace isn't great, yet I was doing quite well going longer.

@IMMORTALPILOT any chance of a video mate? :)
