We have not got 30 plus drivers, this means 6 drivers will have to sit out the race is the have a crash in qualy or post a slow time for some reason, when they spent maybe hours training for the race.I'm definitely against 2 rooms of 11. Defies the whole point of getting 30+ drivers.
ok, we will have to have then 2 rooms of 11 for qualy with no lockins, thats the fairest way.I agree with flank too
So pre qualy for 16 drivers in 1 room and the others try again next week
No he would score no points of course - therefore drop down the rankings, and in fact have a lighter weight at the next race. However we really have all these new penalties and weights and it may be a good idea to see how we run with it for at least 4 or 5 races. The fairest option is to have 2 rooms but of course most people prefers to play with full room. I'm not against either option tbh.
Talking about penalties, let's assume 1 driver misses out 1 race, would that driver get some sort of weight penalty for the next race?
Fili i have no idea what you mean ?In my opinion it would br
better to just say instead of jumping to low point in room 2. Then we could just make the points go according to the people in the rooms.

I dont agree Bazzer however we all have a view, and yours in noted.
your a hard man flank
Option 1 would automatically mean that there would be reserves, as all drivers would turn up and qualify.I know we don't have 30 drivers, hats the point. Last season you were saying have 2 rooms so we gavegpod races. 2 rooms of 11 would be lonely and boring on race days. Should be an option 3, 1 room cut down to 16 with maybe acouple of reserves
ADDED thats a great great idea, that would mean any new drivers joining in the series, increasing the numbers would just help the second room fill out after qualy.what about an option C? In case we have 22 drivers;
Room 1 for the fastest qualifiers is 14 places
Room 2 is made of the remaining drivers
14 is a great amount for racing and usually does not have "lag issues due to too much crowd".
If we would run down to 16 drivers just one room, if we are up to 22 we would get a 14 and 8 room.
Slower drivers would probably be better off not being too much in the crowd and enjoy a self regulated race?
Ok i am happy with that,
thats option c then
2 rooms of 11 for time trial qualy
fastest 14 race in room 1 with points from 22pts down to 9pts
slowest 8 race in room 2 with points from 8pts down to 1pt
I think the points should go from however many take part in the event.Yeah, just 1 thing. make the points always based out of 32 in case we have a late boom like last season
I think the points should go from however many take part in the event.
so if 22 drivers take part, winner 22pts down to last 1pt
30 drivers take part winner 30pts down to 1 pt for last
thats the easiest and fairest in my veiw.
well, yes, he would be qualifying and racing against more drivers ? but i am happy to do whatever you think best really.Nope in my view, a later win would grant 10 extra points if we get 2 full rooms... would that be fair?
Yes i think it's the best way to go when looking to a 14 rounds seriewell, yes, he would be qualifying and racing against more drivers ? but i am happy to do whatever you think best really.
So we keep the points at 32pts for a win downwards to however many are in the room ? right, if so ok thats fine.
can you re vote re post 409I know we don't have 30 drivers, hats the point. Last season you were saying have 2 rooms so we gavegpod races. 2 rooms of 11 would be lonely and boring on race days. Should be an option 3, 1 room cut down to 16 with maybe acouple of reserves
can you re vote re post 409Alright and yeah that's what I was thinking. Btw I'm ok for either Option @Stephen Vann.
can you re vote re post 409I vote for option 2
