Yes, just make sure at least 2 wheels are on the track, inside the white lines.

So to clarify, if the ripple strip is behind the White line, is this allowed?

If the leading car has 2 wheels inside that's still ok. 4 over though is a no go

Half car is okay. Not all of the car over the white line.
 
Sorry guys but today and tomorrow im not coming training. My **** inthernet lost and works again sunday morning. See you sunday.

Awesome :) just double making sure so I'm practising properly.

Just had a quick hit out before bed, managed a 1:36.7 @azidahaka :) little fiddle with a tune is needed but, lots of mid-exit oversteer on the last couple turns.

Not bad mate, in the race i had yesterday with logic and agro (that graciously allowed me to win) i think i had a 35.4 as best lap. I'll send yopu some setup corrections to try later on today, they granted me half a second.
 
Just a quick suggestion. I think you need to put current weights up on the first page somewhere so people that aren't sure what they weigh can find it easily instead of going through all the pages.


Edit - The first page also says Fuji F and Fuji GT, which one are we racing?

What times are you guys at the top hitting?

Qualy pace for me is late 34s, race pace low 35s

I am doing 36.5 at steady pace. But hope to get down doing qualy
 
I need hornest opinions about which of these 2 educations you think, would be best for getting into motorsport. Master Machinist or an auto tecnical edu.
All opinions are taken into account.

Best advice I could give you is to research both options and even try to contact car manufacturers/motorsport teams and simply ask them. I'm sure they could put you in the right direction in terms of receiving good advice.

One of my possible (many) ambitions lol was to be an aerodynamicist for an F1 team, however tough and unlikely that is I decided to study a university course where graduates from the university I go to had moved on to teams like McLaren within their aero department. But also gives me the chance of joining a wide range of other engineering industries. However it's important to remember that it's very difficult/competitive to get into a top motorsport team so choose an option which you will first enjoy! and will offer you the widest range of options in terms of getting a job.

So don't study a subject too specialised to motorsport I'd say, but will still give you the chance of joining a motorsport team as well as a lot of other industries :)

PS - Not sure if I can make the race on Monday guys, I'm pretty busy with coursework atm and obviously that has to take priority. I'll hopefully have my report finished by monday night, but if not I'll have to miss it unfortunately and use this race as one of my drop scores :(

I have been told that a master machinist education will open alot more doors then the auto specific, but i dont know which:confused:. Also there isnt any big time motorsport companys in my contry so i would have to move and get a permid to work in that contry. But weining will not get me anywhere.:D

Currently in my 4th year of a 5 year course at university studying aeronautics, so next year will be when I apply for graduate opportunities. So I'll just have to wait and see what happens, you just have to make sure that you have a lot of extra "stuff" on your CV to help you stand out. Sadly GT6 isn't one of them :( :lol: We have a programme in Europe called Formula Student, which helps to give you some experience working in motorsport competing against other university teams. So I'd keep a look out for any programmes similar to that in your area.

You should research what other industries you could get involved in as a master machinist then, you might like those also. I'd say go for the option which gives you the best chance of getting a job and still gives you a chance of your dream but also a good alternative option!

I have to say i think it would be a huge advantage if you were to come to the uk, and start in a lower formula team and work your way up whilst studying, as i think they love hands on guys with racing experience.
Again you look through autosport, the motorsport industries bible in terms of jobs etc, you will see over time what sorts of things are required for top positions.
I am sure if you keep checking eacc week Fili you will see the type of things that would come up that you would be prepared to go for as a starting point.

I found out that there is a school where there is the formula student challenge, so i will look into that. Thx Chris for guidens.

Logi i just think there is a huge risk by me going to the uk as i stand right now. But when i talked to Ole Schark( Red Bull mechanic) he told me to get to asmany tracks as i could and offer my help to anyone. And imo it might work, but what is the chance of somebody from a big team comes by denmark?

What do they race a lot of in Denmark ? like at club level ?
