I guess it was a bit 50/50 with karst , I could see him in my rear view coming up and just tried to get out of the way , I prob set the chain in motion by twitching first as I wasn't sure which way he was going for a moment , I will stay on line from now ,
I will be better in Rome I know that track , brands got the better of me , as vette says a very tricky track

No probs, i'm just nervous like this lately :D guess it's since last season's results i'm trying too hard
 
I did notice a few times coming round a corner and people were sideways.

On 1 occasion i came flying round a bend to be greeted by 2 spinners still moving on different sides of the track, not sure who it was but i had to slam on. Very interesting lol.
 
Is eneyone practice a few races around monza to night raced around roma enough + monza is the first real race on the calendar?

Guess i should start looking at my limits and aim for top of room 2 :D I'm honestly getting a bit bored of test races, i think i'll feel better when real things start rolling. I'm sure crashes like the one i had with seven (that again was like 6 laps down for he stopped in boxes and exited right in front of me >_>) or tnt (a mistake on his side, but race related; his car slipped too much) won't happen.

At least we're a few weeks away from the season start!

I do apologise for the bump in the corner. :)
We were side by side going into that corner and my car did a slight move up when I was on the inside. I think I caught the curb.
I had a lot of fun in the rain this time compared to season 1. :)

I must say I've had meny to I was just saying me in my car was souring get in reverse I didn't know then how close we were 10 mm bumper and at the moment didn't think it was so close lol

Cool I am new but a gt veteran from the first one on a ps1 , you guys are the next level , gt has moved on so much over the years , getting old now but for a few laps I was mixing it ;)
 
What's a good lap time for Rome and monza ? Anyone ?

Cheers well I am 2 seconds down at the moment but on brands hatch set up , can claw some more in I reckon , better than 6 seconds on brands
 
Working away is killing me gutted I didn't race on Monday I am back tomorrow night and will be on if anyone wants a practice

have to be tomorrow night vic, i was to bed early and just got up to go to work.
I will have a look later Wed night ?

Cant remember what fast time was around rome.
eol was the fastest there ?

Sounds like an eventful brands!
We should make a definitive ruling on who has to move where when being lapped, whether it be the lapped car staying on racing line, or the lapped car moving over offline. Seems karsten and sevens accident was due to both of you not knowing who was gonna go where lol.

Ah that's lame man, yeah I always stay till the end! Even if it's just a practice race :).
 
LOGIC I wasn't the fastest in Rome, it was Flanked who made the fastest lap if I remember right. 1:05.xxx (low) during the race, in the Q, me, filipino and Flanked all of us made 1:05.9xx.

Ok, thats right, i have a bad memory, i think it was that as you did it nearly every lap and never touched any walls is what stuck in my mind Lol.
 
Hehe yeah I'm very carefull and Rome can be tricky if you push too much :dopey:
 
We are having a couple of days of
Autodrome Nazionale Monza '80s
3.61 miles Forward/weather:variable
Dry race Race starts at game time 12:00
As thats the officilal 1st race and maybe a few need a change from rome.

Mondays race will be at rome.
