You were right up there yesterday Sakery, good finish and plenty of juicy points for the leaderboard. Hopefully your connection is sorted now as missing previous races has hurt your standing. You held Ronin up for me a few seconds with your bad tyres but still couldnt get near him and was hoping he would have a big off!
 
Oh i didn't know it had to be on here :L iv done a full on thread and everything :L someone commented on how good it was though so alls good ;) looking forward to monza i imagine it will be a slightly tighter race with some good overtaking :)
 
Ellis- It doesnt have to be. I just thought people would be more likely to know what you were talking about.

:( I spun out too many times & ran out of gas on last lap at the end of the last lap:) 1 liter short. I practice better than I raced:( & lap traffic is a distraction for me when cars spin out and go back on the track & you run through them! That will cause a wreck next season when penalty go off! I make sure no one is coming before I go back on the course when I spin off. I guess I'm too careful! Great raceway. Peace out
 
Monza is looking like a very fun and interesting course. The chicanes are confusing where you can cut without getting a penalty which is confusing for qualifyng, will it be allowed?
1:17.414 is my best timed so far :)
 
I havnt even started yet. Im currently squatting and surfing so when i get onto my playstation i finally may :D........after iv tidied my room, done my homework, had tea, gone to the gym, had a shower etc etc :)
 
Runfast- People DO have to be careful when re joining the track. Remember I cant do anything about it unless I get a complaint mate. Its the only way I can know unless I spot it on a general run of the replay. Which is unlikely. You were much better in practice, keep being careful and tell me when you dont get the same courtesy.

Etid- This season only you can cut the chicanes as much as the game allows you to under race conditions but in qualifying you must have 2 wheels on the track at all times. Neth and SM will be out in pace cars watching the chicanes during quali.

No complaints:) just putting it out there to keep in mind we all need to be careful next season! No more passing through each other= crash! Congrats to all, good racing. I think next season we will be better for me. I hope:) peace out
 
Ok mate, I am reviewing the rules and regs as I hear different comments from people and have added the bit about re joining the track to next seasons bumpf. We should all be better next season and hopefully it will present some new challenges. Roster wise we are pretty solid with only 1 place left for grabs, with 12+ solid competitors it will be closer in the standings too :)
 
rhyfe, we should grab an inventory of all FGTs each person owns, will help to rearrange teams according to colour during the off season
 
I was going to post the request here soon. Trying to give them time to pick up more cars to avoid people buying another and making it complicated :) maybe ask everyone after Monza, does anyone know if we are due an updated OCD soon?

Best laps for Suzuka and result of steward inquiry posted in OP.

Everyone- Suzuka was very clean and thanks to all the drivers for improving the experience by staying within the rules. I noticed a few drivers struggling to overtake cleanly, remember to time your attack and be in the right spot to draft on the straights. It is legal to outbrake other drivers but its always more risky as you tend to cause yourself to spin or crash into other car.

Notes-Remember that after a spin it is illegal to impede another car while re joining the track. Check your map while re joining. If you have been lapped you can re overtake but as you are lapped you must make an attempt to go round the car not just ghost through it! Next season overtaking a car that has lapped you will be illegal until the next lap as the drafting effect gives an unfair advantage to the slower car.

Divebombing is with major contact and outbraking is the fair manouver (my opinion and I think off others too).

And for next season without TCS the chicanes seperate the DS3 from the wheel :D
 
Idk but this whole no tcs thing seems a bit worrysome to me
are we still keeping active steering and srf

cccobx- Just so everyone knows here are the settings for next season. Still one more vote to go though :)

Penalties- OFF - 5 stewards watching your every move on track, no ghosting :)
Damage - LIGHT- As it is now
Boost- OFF
Finish timer- Max Allowed
Track edge grip- Real
Tyres- 2 Compounds must be used during every race.
Driving line- YES
Active steering-YES
TCS- Max 1
ABS- Vote now 0,1 or unlimited
ASM- NO
SRF- YES
Race length- 1 Hour or thereabouts.
Qualifying- Same
Have I missed anything out?

Sry mate i vote 1C and the abs does need to be on idc how much is the limit or else we would see what a real 1st corner incident is....

ohh and uve probably already done this but have u looked into knock out qualifying?

because that would be the sensible thing to do silly! i vote that ABS should be allowed at 1 :) and iv been on it while on other tabs so neerrrrr :D

I vote ABS unlimited. And for what its worth i vote for TCS unlimited as well.
i have them on quite high cus it suits my driving style
 
Ok pagey. vote registered. I beleive you would be quicker with TCS on 1 but cant argue with your pace mate :)
 
I might be able to do the last round as my internet connection should be up next week then ill be OK for good.ill vote if you want.ABS=1 or any.id vote for light penaltys too.Im missing the races so much.Ive only got wireless broadband & thats not good enough.If there is enough trust in everybody then no penatly's is OK.

If i have trouble with a car this mans tunes usually make the cars alot better to drive.Nothing but praise for his tunes on his tune's tread too.If i see anybody practicing ill show you why i cant race.A friend once told me wireless broadband isnt good at sending info,only good for recieving info....have fun as i would and think,be aware of surroundings.
 
I´ll vote for ABS unlimeted (I don´t know what the difference brings => everybody can choose their "number").
I´ll stay at 1 though.
