It says "all specs are copyright of CORE". That means that the specs are there's, and others can't copy them.

Just so you know, in 1.07 you can set the races to finish at a set time, so you'll be able to do the 2 and 3 hours easily

The official time for now is what u can se on the thread-16:00PM CET-English time (but in case of change it would be 14:00pm CET i think). But the official is 16:00pm CET. BTW i live in Bulgaria which is close to you.
