I'm at 24k after winning the title in D3. Onward to D2!

CAM, have your consumables been selling well? I've been selling almost nothing today.
 
More or less. I haven't really let my pile get under 30 and I have to get a few more items every couple hours.
 
He's worth it. I just need to make sure I get my expensive players as cheap as possible in case they're busts.

Got Otsemobor in a pack, which made me look up the goal he scored in the FA Cup second round against Wimbledon. I love learning about soccer 👍.

Now lets hope he sells.

If you haven't looked it up, its awesome. The video with all the goals is worth watching, the fans going on the field after Wimbledon scored was cool too.

I've got 8-9k left to go until I can afford Nasri, so it shouldn't be too long. Suarez will be the problem to get in a CAM.
 
Suarez should only be about 25k if you factor in the conversions, I've seen him going for 17k.
 
Yeah, I see him for under 20k as a CF, and for around 21-22k as a CAM. I'm trying to sell an Agger I've had since before the market crash, and he should go for around 4k, which will put me at 29k. From what I've seen, I'll need 34k to get him on a cheap BIN, and 31-32k on auction if I get lucky.
 
Someone just bought my overpriced Agger on BIN.:lol:

I'm in D2 now as well, which is the main reason for so many upgrades in my team.
 
It doesn't really matter, EA mysteriously disconnects you when you're about to reach either promotion or the title no matter who you have :).
 
I was like that for awhile.

Won D2, despite EA trying to undercut me. Now I'm at about 50k with a full trade pile.

I just sold a whole bunch of player fitness cards, so I'm up to 32k, and still have about 30 more contracts to sell...:banghead:

And I don't even want to know how sweaty D2 gets...

EDIT: Do +15 pace cards actually do anything? I want to know because 99 pace Balotelli.:lol:

D1 is basically a sauna and every game is scripted against you. I've probably played 40 seasons (not kidding) in D1 and won twice and then barely staying up in the other 20 where I didn't get relegated.
 
:ouch: 33k now, but still not selling a lot of stuff.

Do any of the stat boost cards actually have a noticeable effect?

EDIT: Bid down on Nasri for 29k, don't really expect to get him though.

Sounds a lot like D1 to me. I've gotten promoted to D1 and haven't touched online seasons since. I'm having a lot of fun playing friends teams and the single player online seasons on Legendary difficulty.
 
I try and half the time I get 12 points on the 10th game to stay up. The 10k for winning D2 keeps me on seasons.

I just wonder why people using the same sweat teams as me get all the bounces.

Seriously, I don't get how anyone wins in D1 if everyone complains of getting raped this way. I would pay $120 next year if Activision made this game and gave it CoD quality online play. Heck, probably more...

I love looking at my Serie A team but I seriously don't know if I've won a game with them yet...

The game seems to reward BPL and Bundesliga sides the most. I didn't get a single online seasons win with any of the 3 teams I had before the current one.
 
That's why I'm saving up for Rooney. I overlooked him as a striker, but I feel like his passing and shooting will make him a great CAM.

I think I'm going to keep the Serie A team because I love Buffon and I can work on skill moves. Bundesliga and Brazil aren't going anywhere, and Ghana isn't really worth anything other than Quincy and KPB.

If you like Buffon, then make a hybrid 4 at the back using Serie A defense, Bundesliga/BPL mid, and BPL attack I have some ideas about what that hybrid would look like.
 
Stalling out for the night with 52k and a full trade pile. Got a bronze RB with 68 shooting and 5 star weak foot, but he isn't worth much. Still cool though.
 
Had some points going so bought a standard Gold pack, if I sell everything at BIN I get 5800 (unlikely), combined start price of 4700, that was with a gold pace card too, so one fifth of that is coming from one twelfth of the pack!

Also, I sold a bronze badge. STOP THE PRESS!
 
Going to have to do some more trading for Ramos. I'm about 100K short. I could sell my BPL side and would have enough coins for him but, I'd like to keep the BPL side.
 
I honestly wouldn't recommend spending that much on a defender. Just get Pique.

Everyone I've ever talked to that has had him. Has said he makes Pepe look like a POS. And Pepe is damn good on the game. If I get 3 pacey backs. It's going to be damn hard to beat me on pace.
