I see. And I've never tried Van Persie as a striker either. It just seems good. Maybe the rating would stay at 83 too.
 
Scratch what I just said, you need an English Striker so Rooney gets full chem.(Don't know if this is just a futhead glitch or what...)
 
Hmm how is Sturridge working for you so far? My strikers pass a lot.

Sturridge is great, he's my top scorer. I came up with a nice 4-5-1 formation while messing around with players, want to take a look?

Here's the squad. I ironed out a few of the concerns you had. You can also use Ogbonna at CB for Gamberini and still get full chemistry.

EDIT: I found that you can also hybridize the squad even more by putting Sturridge at striker, Rooney at RCAM, Reus at LCAM, Schurrle at LM, and Walcott at RM. Doing this also saves you about 30k by taking IF Welbeck out of the team.

I overwrote the squad, so I'll write down the players that were removed in case you want to use the previous one.

LCAM: Rooney
RCAM Reus
ST: Welbeck
RM: Sam
LM: Young

That's really neat. I still only have 60k, but when Rooney rolls in things should start being bought quicker.

He needs to be good.
 
If you go with one of the squads, I suggest the one with the replacements I made. It's cheaper and there isn't nearly as much pace overload to the right side.
 
Hopefully your getting luckier than me.:rolleyes: All I've gotten are a bunch of player fitness cards and an English LM in a 4-4-1-1 with 87 pace who's only worth around 2k...
 
I think I bought Neymar with a bid. That's it.

And I'm outbid.:ouch: I picked up Piszczek and Gerrard on auctions, and I think I got them both for 500-1,000 coins cheaper than the lowest BIN at the time. I also bought 2 gold squad fitness cards for 1,900, pretty cheap I think, use one on my squad and am now trying to a profit on it.

I'm also looking at getting IF/SIF Weidenfeller, although he's last on my list(and pretty expensive).

I remember getting one of those for 750 on BIN :lol:.

Then I started using the squad rotation method and haven't spent a coin on fitness since.
 
The bench and reserves pick up 10 points a game when they sit out.

Kamu, have you used either of the IF Weidenfellers? I want to know if he's any good because Wiese just earned himself the bench and I'm playing his normal non-rare card.

Haven't used either of them. I've heard good things about his card though. 1st IF Ter Stegen was my back up. Cheap and did just as good as Neuer. If you can afford Neuer though, he occasionally makes some unbelievable saves.
 
His SIF card is up with a 24k BIN, worth it?

I'm doing alright using your method.

Up to 60k from 20k in 3 days, with some match money in there too.

Whenever one of my 200 BIN players gets taken quickly I get paranoid that futhead is lying :lol:.
 
If I could actually win a game in D2 I would be doing a lot better. I just have a couple expensive upgrades to do and then I should be winning some D2 games and getting some more coins.
 
The thing with D2 is, you actually see some interesting teams with fun players. I've played against Ibra, IF Falcao and a team full of La Liga stars. In D1, basically every team includes Chiellini, Ogbonna, Dede or Santana.
 
I'm guilty of using Santana.:( I just want to know if the 24k ter Stegen SIF card is worth buying, but Kamu hasn't gotten back to me yet.
 
Oh so am I. I want to win too :lol:. The slowest CB I have is Hummels I'm pretty sure.
 
Boateng is on my 2nd Bundes team.

Just won D2 in 8 games, may try some offline seasons before venturing back into Paceland.

And as a nightcap I get disconnected in the 90' of another blowout win. 🤬 you EA.
