Does anyone know what the MOTM cards are even for? And Balotelli went to Milan, so buy his EPL card and wait for it to appreciate if you can.

Doesn't work that way. The new card's price will be higher than the old card, by a lot. The old card goes down by a lot once the new one is out, hence why Hazard was about 5k in FUT 12 when his Chelsea card came out, which was going for about 50k at least. He did get an overall boost, though.
 
I would've thought that since the BPL is one of the most popular leagues to build a team with, his price for the would have less supply but constant or increased demand.
 
Well now I can't decide whether to save up for Atsu or Lampard.

Lampard will complete my epic longshot team (until RVP) but Atsu will make my Ghana team look like I'm not totally poor. :lol:

That's what I thought as well, especially in a month or so when people want him for an EPL team. He's a beast (30 goals in 34 games for me in Div 1).
 
Not at all. The web app hasn't been working well today though, I attributed it to that.
 
I've been selling at least 8 in every listing since yesterday. I'm already back up to 11k coins and I've still got about 8k in the trade pile.

Should I sell my team before the January upgrades so I won't lose any money?

I've been in and am in with no issues, but it is slow and I had a lot of "We are experiencing..." messages on completion of trades yesterday.
 
Was just about to say the same thing lol. Sell now or wait a day if you want to purchase some players.

I myself will probably be buying my last amount of packs this week. Going to go all out. Spend that last 100 dollars of YouTube monay that I have haha
 
Hopefully with an IF Messi and IF Ronaldo this week the idiots who have been price fixing IF Schmeichel almost since he came out will give up now and I can get him for a fair price.

It had not been working for three days for me, finally working again now.
Got my first IF on my main account earlier too, MOTM Moses, he's dropping quick though but still 85k+.
 
I got really excited because I thought that said Atsu :lol:.

Any reason all the MOTM cards are all African?

It's the African Cup of Nations, that's why. There will be probably be a team of the tournament too.

Yeah we will :sly: though sadly that Gervinho card is fixed at 250k, so I will never upgrade my Ivory Coast team. Unless they get to the final like last year.
 
250k for a version of Gervinho? I assume EA have never seen him play.

Anyway, actually got to play some games earlier online, Milito still showing me why I love him so, another hat-trick for him, the perfect hat-trick too. Guarin seems to be doing okay as another option in centre of midfield. Now need a back-up LM to Giovinco so I can rotate when needed, and then might invest in Chiellini.

If you wait until this time next year and hop on FIFA 13 UT, you could get them for 1/3 the price! I checked FIFA 12 UT the other day and there were 4 Ronaldo's on the market. One sold for 300K!
 
I've listed up everyone worth some coins in my squad. Don't want to lose any money from this TOTW or the January upgrades.
 
I couldn't list them up before school.

And nothing has really crashed yet. The first day of the TOTY crash wasn't bad either.

Well the contracts have crashed to a minimum. I'm picking up the rare gold contracts for 200-250 a pop, I was buying the non rare gold ones for 250 two days ago.

I'm stocking up :).
 
How are you getting them for 250? The lowest they're looking to go for on auction is around the 350-400 mark.

Is Jose Enrique likely to get upgraded even though he's been injured? I don't want to lose any money on his IF card if I can't sell it.

Just bought ten normal contracts, will get more when the weekend comes.

Atsu is down to 56,500. The only things I can think of that would be really nice are him, IF Lampard and RVP.

Only reason I want Atsu is because Oduro and Quincy produce heavily up front, I don't get much from Atsu. But when he decides to show up, he's a hoss.

Is Traore really worth all the hype people give him? I'm tempted to jump on the MOTM card.
