I've decided I need to try Robben so I've got rid of one team and changed my bundes mix team just to get him. I'll only have about 700k left after.:(
 
I don't think I've played a game against him without him scoring.

I finally sold off my team, only lost about 6-7k, and I was already at 15k before that, so no big deal.
 
I've got him, going to try the team tomorrow, wonder how many games I'll get without stupid amounts of scripting. I was even getting it in the latest tourney earlier, with a bronze/silver mix.

Next step is to add Ronaldo to the team, only need another 1.2 million.:lol: I could get some of it maybe most of it if I sold my BPL players but I kind of don't want too.
 
EA posted on Twitter that they aim to get the January upgrades out by mid-February, and are currently "hard at work", whatever that means for them.

The Bronze pack method is disturbingly efficient, already up to 73k with a combination of that and no one being on at midday. So easy to buy on the cheap there, made 6 or 7k off a couple of Ozil's.

I sort of have a La Liga team planned, but it's a very long road there, given I'm going for everyone but Ronaldo and Messi. Though I already have Falcao, luckily. Only 450k short of everyone else at the moment :lol:

In other news, a MOTM Gervinho went for 88k today ... One can but dream.
 
I haven't sold anything in a couple days.. EA must be figuring me out.

I haven't even tried to list anything up since selling my team off. I only have 4 bronze contracts and some gold consumables left.

Are there any good FIFA 13 Youtubers who play on the PS3?

I'm hearing patch in the works, be it server or game side, who knows.

Anyone going for the time limited premium gold packs? 25k is a lot, but wouldn't take much to get that (or more) back.
 
"24 Hour Happy Hour", and all it does is make the 25k premium players pack available with no 2x chance.:facepalm:

They will still make the PS3 version, pretty well supported too, as if the PS4 goes before Christmas, there still won't be enough people buying FIFA 14 on the latest console to ignore us PS3 guys. Shouldn't be a problem.

Also just made 5k on a new Milan Ballotelli :D
 
Doesn't matter to me, PS4 should be a release purchase for me.

PS3 will be saved for some MW2, MW3 and GTAIV nostalgia though 👍.

Only reason I play FIFA so much is because I'm not creative enough to garner anymore replay value out of GT5. If Polyphony can drop a superstar in GT6 (low expectations) I'll finally have something to do when EA pisses me off :lol:.

Another back pass my goalkeeper just watches roll into the net keeps me from winning.

Yeah the guy who invented scripting is probably my least favorite guy. Even less than whoever does PR for Polyphony, and that's saying something. I hate EA so much.

Might as well try to get some bronze trading done. Get a head start on that squad. It would be nice if some of those players got devalued by January upgrades, but it probably won't happen.
 
So if any of my players become devalued, what do I do?
 
Rooney, Neuer, Lahm, Suarez, Schweinsteiger, Hummels, Kevin Prince Boateng, Nani, Gotze, Reus, Evra, Pepe Reina and Liverpool Sturridge are the only people worth over 10k I have I think.

Anything to worry about up there?
 
I would think Suarez, and most young players. The only players I have left in my club are Sturridge, Nocerino, and Shaarawy, but I'm not taking any chances, and will sell them off soon.
 
When do the upgrades happen? I don't feel safe selling while the market is tanked.
