Finishing bug?

The last few days, every time I finish a race, the cars just keep going at 80km/h round the circuits and the prize/credit screen does not appear, the only way to get out of the screen is to switch the game off. Anyone had this problem?

Yea I have experienced this sometimes it mostly happens when you are online .try it offline well this is what was happening to me yours might be a different case.

Thanks, the problem was that this was in the seaonal events, so no playing those for me until this gets fixed

Sounds like the "Custom music bug"... are you using any of your own music in the game?

I had this problem in the Seasonals until I stopped using my own music files.

Had this very problem over a year ago and it seems to have cleared itself. Haven't had it happen in a while. Never pinpointed the problem, very annoying. Custom music wasn't involved. There was a thread on this.

I also had this same problem a while back. It only happened on a certain event, one which I was grinding on alot. Cleaned disc and problem solved. What happened was that I was grinding that certain track/event so much that the laser had created a burn-in ring around the part of the disc where that particular data was. It was just a little darker ring than the rest of the disc. It can be easily cleaned tho. I just used a lint free cloth and rubbing alchohol.

After about 2 hours my brand new PS3 quits working. The race freezes, or the garage and dealerships lock without showing me my cars or the delivery truck fails to load. I don't know whats going on. I reset the game and it will work for a while then do the same thing. No idea whats going on. Possible bad hard drive in a new PS3? Or is it a glitch with the new patch? Im playing Uncharted 3 to see if it glitches as well. If it does, its the PS3, if not it has to be my disc or the patch.
