Cool pic yo! Cool car! 85? You know Kevin Ruck? Orange ITA Integra.

You simulate that by lowering the spring til it's on the bump stop. And have a fat friend sit on that corner.

I have raced against Kevin Ruck. I did not make it to Mid Ohio the last two years. I plan to make all of these this year:

July 18 & 19
August 8 & 9
October 10 & 11

Excellent. 👍 He's a close bro. Cool that we're forming a little circle. He's kinda fast on GT6. Recently complaining since I got a wheel that he can't catch me anymore. :D

Mid Ohio is my home track, but I've never driven it. Got another bro that is an instructor there. Fred Robertson. He's an Autocross National champ. I tend to keep good (fast) company. :D

I should be testing these tunes... :dunce:

They usually do a PDX (street cars with instructors) on each of the Friday's before each of the weekends that I have listed.

Lol. Are they still on the rules committee?
Yep.

The rules committee is funny. Got friends on there too. Sore subject really.

Yeah, I have been told I can literally walk up to the fence, tell em who I know and be put in a car. Just haven't. Laziness.

I would ask what is this world coming too with that fiasco with the Mitata rule breakers but just look at any major government and you get your answer  it's not what you know it's who and how deep your pockets are.

On a note regarding the shootout my wife has been sick all weekend and is still down, so my testing of the cars will be delayed I should still get it done by the deadline but this sickness is not responding to OTC meds so we are heading to the doctor tomorrow I hope. So I'll test when I can till she is back on feet.

I wish your wife a full & speedy recovery :) 👍

Hope she gets better and may the cars take it easy on you when you return. 👍

Thank you both.
Sadly the doctor was out sick  so wasn't available till Thursday. We picked some Viricad and she making huge strides in recovery now, should be well enough to go back to work tomorrow. Yay. Stuff is pricy but man it works on the impossible colds.

Oh the irony
Begs the question: when a doctor is sick, does he see himself or does he have to patiently sit in the waiting room to see a colleague :odd:

+ the time it takes to prise me away from the GT Acadamy at Spa. That LMP2 is 🤬 awesome!
It is fun to drive, but I've only had 2 laps in it so far, and 1 of those were red. Silver trophy... waiting on the weekend when the warden is away for that gold! I've gotta keep up with your ghost through Eau Rouge to stand any chance.

@fordracer thats a pretty good average per tune.👍

I`ve only had time for about 10 laps myself! And all but 2 of those were red. I`ve just been watching a replay in the Acadamy forum and i`ve been in the wrong gear for Eau Rouge so you should have no probs there! I`m gonna test some more at Cote Dazur before I go again though!

18? That's it? I must have red lapped 50 times before gold then another 3186 times before hitting a 2:09. I love Spa and the car is totally my favorite Nissan in the game. Been wondering how it'll do down at 500pp with high mileage so around and around Indy it goes. Don't tell anyone cause it might be a 500pp killer like the TS030 is. :mischievous:

Time to play is the main reason I'm 6 days behind on testing the FITT event, I got the free car from GTA, and couldn't keep it on track for a clean lap, so I left it and came back to Côte d' Azure to get more testing done, at least finish the first set of cars so both, old and new are tested on them.

I'm glad we get another week cause I am slacking really bad. Though I did use my '04 Civic at the new Intermediate Seasonal and loved it cause it's kinda loose a little and fun. And an easy win against the 500s.

I wish they kept the sliding scale for pp from GT5. Lower pp and higher reward.

Relevant, makes me laugh every time;
Very slight language warning:

Not hating; I also own (and love) a Civic :)

So much this.

Hahah I remember that. Soon as he said, if it ain't a Type R, then it ain't a tight car. So silly.

The claim about smoking V8's gets me every time.

Apparently there's quite a few Honda themed rap songs now on YouTube. There's another one called "That's my Honda," that just made me fall out of my chair.

Both my Civics are in a garage. Neither runs. :dunce:

Lol. Mine is down for the count too, getting a refresh at the moment. New rubber for the engine and suspension. New brakes, shifter bushing, valve job, etc....

Today's expert race event i did with @Otaliema 's second tune for the 2J
Very nice, got gold in a few accounts. if the gearbox could be a bit faster, there's more room for mistakes in the race.
The tune did a good job.👍
i finally got around to watching that race. You did say my SN correctly. Ohh tally ma if anyone else is wondering.
I did see one thing that can improved I'm just not sure how to do it. Impact stability.

PD need to apply the PP sliding scale in GT7 A-spec.
If we win a race with a PP deficit, that should be worth something more than using a car that easily dominates the race.
Inferior tyres need to be factored in too. Reward the brave.
Hear hear!
I use a tire level down in most seasonals and go down 20-80 pp just to keep it interesting

About that 2J tune
1. I was wondering when i posted here, but you quoted from another topic ;).
2. If you mean, with impact stability, when you hit a AI car and it shoots away from you? Nope thats PD coding.
3. What i mean with a little bit more speed, i really mean a little bit, let's not forget that we only have (and used) 600pp and the rabbit used his orginal 663pp.
But i could have adjusted the FG to get that little bit more topspeed, so thanks again for that tune.
