A technical track layout & so many different tunes and yet it's still so close.
 
Right then folks, The deadline for reviews has officially past which means the end of this FITT event. I have included the top five in each class but defined the podium finishers as they officially stand. Well done to all involved.

A really close finish and nice to see a lot of faces on both podiums. Brewguy seemed to have found form with these cars so far and has been doing very well indeed. .025 between 1st and 2nd place for lap time. Whao.. Really close and shows what a great effort you both put in. Congratulations to all the podium finishers and I applaud all the work and effort that went into this class to make it this tight.

One of the closest classes out of all of them. Great job by all tuners and well done to all the podium finishers once again.

Finally, Thank you to all the tuners for creating lots of amazing tunes, and a massive thank you to all the testers who have spent numerous hours testing and reviewing all the tunes submitted. You guys have done an invaluable job throughout this competition and I am forever grateful for all that you have done. FITT events would be nothing without testers and you guys made this event worth creating in the first place.

I hope that you all enjoyed this event and you all found some new knowledge or tunes which you can use in future PD events. Well done all! Until next time :) :cheers:

Great job @shaunm80 and @Otaliema hosting a wonderful event.

Thank you to all testers, especially those who suffered and struggled with my tune. I will try and get back to making better tunes. But still, I somehow managed a second place tie with shaun. For that I am humbly grateful.

And to @coryclifford , great job spanking the class. :dopey:
 
Sadly, I can't post my testings of the Old School Class, as I just come back in my home and can't play before wednesday I think... Sorry for that, I don't know if it's possible to add the last testing of this class or it's already gone. :(:guilty::nervous:

Congrats to all, not so happy but it's my first one so I'll keep the bad and good things to be further better and hopefully arrive in the Top 3. Thanks to the organisators, amazing work from them 👍

Do the FITT Challenge continue for a long time, it's the best tuning contest and sure a beautiful place to share the passion with another persons :cheers::gtpflag::D

I am super happy with these results. Not bad after letting GT6 sit and collect dust for three months then return for this well of a finish. Congrats @ugabugaz on taking the time trial win and by just 0.033 seconds. Epic battle for the fastest time. I said it earlier, your car was probably a faster time trial car and that mine would be a driver's dream. Look forward to battling it out with you in a competition again soon.

I'll probably play GT6 just for the FITT competitions, if a car/track combination comes up that I like. Still trying to decode the tuning in Project Cars - this is taking up all of my very little game time that I am able to sneak in.

Thanks to Shaunm80 and Otaliema for hosting this FITT RUF challenge. And thanks to the guys who were brave enough to do the testing. All FITT events rely on volunteers to carry out the car tests and other behind the scenes 'stuff' – a wide range of things – all of which contribute to the success of the event. Great job lads! Personally, coming away with a 2nd place in the DC is a great result for me especially as I only lost out to Hami's (almost) perfect set up. Many thanks again and well done to all involved, especially MCH.. 'grats mate!:cheers:

No worries on the review. I think Otaliema has already mentioned that the time has passed but thank you for trying. Keep going with the tuning and I have no doubt that you will tune a car that will get near the top spot.

Drivers dream rings true to me. This is why I like the two scoring podiums. A really fast TT car can be a winner even if it isn't a consistent endurance car. FITT is really good at giving maximum chances to many different styles of tunes. I am looking forward to seeing what you give us next time now. Keep up the great work.

Well done all in what was a well run event. @shaunm80 and @Otaliema deserve special mention for working through the issues and goings on during the event. Well done both.

There were some close calls in there, only just! It was a close challenge throughout... you had 2 cars with identical lap times and we had one only .001 apart. We just need more testers, maybe a nice 1 car/1 track challenge that is easy on the bank account might drag some out from lurking in the shadows. Speaking of shadows, it's bright out here so I will crawl back into mine...

I think I got a podium in the old and new event in my civics. At Monaco. Maybe? Thanks either way. Thanks everyone. :cheers:

After reviewing the final scoring sheets. I had asked @Bass Addict to retest due to a varriance in laptime on @TheInfamousJEW6 car. He was bluntly off pace. his retest was markeredly quicker and it brought him up to the most consistant driver for the group

Yeah, my tune for that class was sub-par... Glad he was able to improve his time with it! 👍
