Fix penalties

Twice this week in daily race a i was hit from behind and flew into a barrier. I received the 5 second barrier penalty and the offender received none.

Twice this week in daily race a i was hit from behind and flew into a barrier. I received the 5 second barrier penalty and the offender received none.

This isn't really a feature that can be added to a future Gran Turismo game, rather it's a complaint about what currently exists.
