Has anyone noticed that when you drive the premium subaru cusco with speedo view you can see the flames from the exaust when you change down

I like the way the head lights flash when you press the R1 thou đź’ˇ

The flashing headlights basically means "Get out of my way, I'm gonna overtake you".

LMP cars like the 908 have it too.

when i press r1 i down shift....

does anyone else have it like that? i have r2 to accelerate and l1 to up shift and then l2 to brake and r1 to downshift working on the logic that i ll only up shift when accelerating and visa versa so i wont be using the same hand to accelerate and shift. maybe i'm just odd

I'm guessing he means bumper view where you dont see any of the car except for occasional flames, I'm guessing.

cant overtake anything in a cusco its dead lol

ähm... he said headlights not exhaust....

when a slower car is in front of you ---> do few times light on/off normaly he should go out of the way but dont work really (AI and the online dumpmasters)

well even if someone was flashing you from behind you wouldnt be able to see the lights in the rear view anyways. the mirror only shows cars no lights, no smoke, no dirt

Good logic!

I use R2 accel, L2 brake and I use the right analog stick for gear shifts

You can see the backfire / antifire or whatever it is coming from the sides in the replay, it must be vented near the front for it to show up in bumper view.
I love that car, it's probably my favourite. It may not be fast compared to GT500, LM and Class C cars, but I really enjoy driving it.

Are there any other Premium (or Standard I supoose) cars that are in the GT300 class?

There are a lot of GT300 (like) cars in the game. Some of the Premiums include the Wedsport Lexus, the Autobacs, and the Nissan Silvia (S15) RM. I think there are about 10 standard cars too.

Since the cars in the game cover many years of racing regulation changes, the rules, classes, and types of vehicles evolved. But, for the most part, you are looking at racing versions of street cars with about 300 HP and 1100 Kg. You could even include the lower HP touring cars in this class as long as you limit HP and weight.

Note - True GT300/500 racers would only compete using cars from the same year due to regulation differences, but there aren't enough vehicles in the game to make this interesting.

These are my favorite class of race car. I just like the balance of power, control, and equality among the cars.

When all cars have had a few laps and time to heat the engine up the spit flames on downshifts

The GT500 & GT300 SuperGT cars Flash lights as they would in the actual series.. The drivers press a switch which flashes these lights when overtaking :)
