Old. That's off of MTV True Life: I'm a Street Racer. It's an eye opener, I showed it to a friend and some other people that were at his house. The next week I see the fool still street racing . It was funny when that driver with the RHD Integra blew the engine in the race and they showed his girlfriend talking about how she has to ride in that car home that night, she shoulda brought her own car. I got that on tape, time to look for it at get it on a DVD-R, so if I get some screens in my ride(likely never), this will be something to show. But I'd probably be playing a Teckademics/Mischief DVD though, or some Formula D 2005 competitions off of G4TV.

I've been pulled over a couple of times(this was also a couple of years ago) and the police Just said "nice car, slow it down", No mention of my car being lowered or my illegal exhaust,or the drag radials... no mention of anything like that... I wasnt trying to be an a$$hole or anything...Plus I was out drinking last night..lol I'm not gonna edit the post, but yeah I guess it was a bit harsh...

Must admit, the street racing seen is a load of c**p, but those cops are just been back door bandits about everything, no wonder people have anomsity towards cops.

But at the end of the day, if your stupid enought to try and race in a street, then you deserve to get nabbed.

On a side note, do you guys know where I can find legal documents regarding modifications that you can do your car? I know it varies from place to place, but would it be illegal if I used advertised products like K&N filters, HKS turbo, etc? The officer in the video scared me when he said, "There is a limit on how low your car is..."

I just did a search on google or yahoo looking for the state's automotive laws. I had to scroll down a bit at an index of Texas laws to find the section for cars. If you have to ask if your car is too low, then most likely it is. but its either the lowest part on the car(frame, or body kit if you have one) can be no lower than the bottom of your wheels. There's even regulation on the height of the center of your headlights from the ground which can effect how much you lower your car. That's why that one guy got a ticket and he started to brag about "We're (18?) inches".
