You can adjust the force feedback only in the game options controller-section and then first menu option in that row. You should see stuff like power assisted steering and so on as well in that list.
With controller section I don't mean the controller options or steering wheel specific options. I mean the row with all the steering wheels on it and then the first option in that row. (forgot what its called as I am not in the options menu a lot )
