But that's really the point; at times it is deemed legal, because no penalty is issued, and then suddenly it is not.It's a cop out because if you assess a penalty or not based on some prior decisions and circumstances dilutes the facts of the legality of the move. Is this move legal? If no, then its a penalty.
100% agreed.It's bad for drivers and it's bad for fans, because it's impossible to understand why a move isn't legal here when it was there, when the move is functionally identical. Either all drivers should be penalised for it, or none should.
