The last 2 years is only further evidence of how much he's been allowed to push the rules, this weekend only adding to it.

As the Stewards say, no further discussion necessary.
They noted and reviewed him possibly being out of position, and concluded no penalty was needed, as he wasn't out of position according to the rules. That's how those notes work. Noted does not mean "this happened", but "this possibly happened"
 
Lewis and Esteban with a nice fight through the section that Max has been using to push people off all weekend. It’s totally possible. This is why I think the penalty against Lawson was not a slam dunk.
 
That’s because the Miami Autodrome is actually a good track
I consider it a solid mid-tier track. It has some good bits and some bad bits. Combined with certain conditions like we had this weekend it does give good races.
 
Only bad thing is that "Fake Marina"

It’s a shame Williams aren’t developing this car anymore because it’s right up there with the Mercs now and ahead of the Ferraris. Next year’s version better be a good one.
