Umm, Why did Croft say you dont have a speedometer in the car.
They do.
Seen many cars have the speed displayed.

Uhh Carlos, that's not what we mean when we say pushing someone

VER is about 3 laps away from a pit stop and coming back out in 2nd.

I wonder if Alonso started on Mediums if he would've had a chance to pass in the 1st corner.

Carlos seems dead set on compromising his weekend with that front wing.

And that was expected. Even F2 races were boring. This track is not suitable for racing. Should keep it for special time attack sessions to give bonus points for championship.

Weather radar shows very light rain, don't expect anything from those clouds.

That's a nice gap for Hamilton to slot into.

edit: Okay Sergio, time to give the place back.

Sergio bumps into the Haas and Stroll gets his place back.

Checo's getting a little too impatient.

Things are starting to get a bit more interesting - Verstappen held up massively by traffic, and if it does start to rain later, Alonso could potentially leap frog Verstappen if he has to stop again for inters... maybe wishful thinking, but Alonso has a chance here.

Meanwhile, Perez and Sainz are both losing their ****

And now Stroll is trying to get all up in that Haas.

Sargent is ballsy by running softs

This is shaping up to be the worst racing I've ever seen from an F1 season. Every race has sucked this year. Today being the crown jewel of garbage racing.

Alonso is about to open up a pitstop on Leclerc. Who still hasn't pitted?

Alonso's gotta pit soon. He's been building a gap on Leclerc while maintaining his current gap to Verstappen. Aston's chance to jump Max in the pit stops is dropping quick, especially if Max pits first.

Leclerc pits. Seems like it would be a good time for Alonso to pit.

First drops on the track, let's see if we get anything noteworthy

Seems like it would be a good time for Alonso to pit.
Surely he needs to stay out beyond Verstappen?

If Verstappen has to pit before it rains, and then it rains enough for everyone to need to pit for inters, then Alonso could snatch the win.

Looks like Verstappen has held out long enough though and both he and Alonso will go straight onto inters now...

Alonso could also benefit if Verstappen pits for inters and then it stops raining; Alonso could pit later for softs...

edit: Verstappen confirms that his "tyres are ****ed"...

edit 2: Alonso pits.... :/ - for dry tyres... can't see how he can win from here now.

Who ever gets on inters first, wins

I think Alonso would need to get Inters first in hopes of catching Verstappen.

edit: And he goes for the mediums.
