His car hit at a strange angle and speed. It's showing the car go through the barrier.

Who the **** puts barriers in that area??????

It’s wild anyone could survive that.. that’s horrific.

There's no debate that the Halo saved Grosjean's life here.
 
He went through the barrier. ANYBODY who still thinks the Halo is a waste of time is an absolute idiot and deserves to be banned from this forum or something. Without the Halo, Romain would have been decapitated there.

A fresh reminder of the danger of motorsports. It's been a while since I've seen an accident even remotely close to that level of insanity.

Grosjean literally went through what is effectivley a :censored:ing steel wall and lived to tell the tale. Honestly, thank God for the halo.

I can understand that, but it seems like awful spot, especially in a situation like this. Maybe they should take the angle away from the barrier and move it further back for more space?
