My friend Harvey tells me to expect 140 mph average lap speeds. Is this realistic?
Harvey is not too far off. If my arithmetic is close, Max has gone over 136 mph average speed in FP3.

Seems like a pretty tricky track, narrow and not a lot of margin for error. Odds are that there will be a safety car during the race.

Good to see that the Williams is starting to become a quick car again.

Edit.

And so much for a decent Perez result.

Big oof. Sergio out of Q1, Norris just misses being knocked out himself.

Looks like both Haas cars blocked Vettel during his flyer.

Once again, backing up for a gap causes a near collision and ruins quali. Frankly, I'm tired if seeing this crap. The FIA needs to do something, as this happens way too often.

The Ferraris claim 1-2 and an Alfa comes in 4th?!

I really wish Kimi was taking part to see if he accomplished a similar upset.

Time to see what the Merc / RB can truly do on the softs... edit 7 tenths off for the mercs... ewww

Checo for Dutch reporter: Due to slow cars in pit he missed a final attempt. (bad timing then?)
Someone on Reddit said they were watching him on F1TV, and claimed his engineer didn't do him any favors by not telling him to get on with it.

Aaaah Russell

Russell spins into the gravel, but limps out, red flag.

If there's no damage to the car, this red flag will be a Godsend to Williams.

And Latifi is next. Poor Williams. Tail wind?

Edit: too much to the left when approaching 'Scheivlak'

One thing we can guess is there will be a SC in the race.
Most likely on lap 1.
With a narrow track, and 20 cars with banked corners.
