Was that Sainz just losing half his floor?
Can't see what that part was otherwise.

Typical sprint so far

Aw, 5 second penalty for Yuki... you were doing so well.

That was a bit weird from Lando early in the race. He seemed to be using DRS, but didn't appear to be within 1 second on the timing on screen. Wonder if there may be an issue or if he closed up in the last sector somehow.

stick Osc on a proper race track and look what happens

ban the low grip dustbowls from F1!

Another Sprint that could just have been an email.

Up next, a qualifying session where we already know the relative pace of everyone so there won't even be any surprises.

At least for the race tomorrow we have strategy that will actually make it worth trying to pass the cars around each other.

The race was is bottled up behind ALO who is running mid 25's vs the top 6 in 24's.

Not many risks taken this Sprint. See y'all in a few hours!

The 3-way tie going into Abu Dhabi is no longer possible 🙁
Not that it was likely in the first place

Antonelli gets a 5 sec penalty and loses a place

Gentlemen brace yourselves. A tire management race is coming.

Bit of a shame that we can't even expect someone to do a crazy long run, with the 25 lap maximum stint rule

I expect Max to get pole. Very interested to see if Oscar can qualify ahead of Lando again.

Just caught up on the Sprint Race, and two things:

1. Boring.
2. What are they doing at Ferrari? Both cars were stuck behind slower ones. For the entire race.

I don't know what they're expecting for Quali in a few minutes but I don't see either car making it out of Q1 with that performance.

Max‘s problems seem to persist. Weird.

The way he described it sounds a bit different. Possibly (probably) related, but not quite the same thing.
He still seems to have good pace though

Oh Yuki...
Lewis out in Q1 again.
Might be time to call it quits
I expect that he will see next season, and if the Ferrari isn't good in the first few races, he'll announce his retirement in the summer break

Lewis… 🥺

Alonso has out qualified Stroll for the 60th time since they've been team mates.

Bearman is looking much better than Ocon lately, Ferrari should be signing him for 2027.

McLaren untouchable in sectors 2-3, -.2 per.

POLEASTRI.

Lando blew it on his final shot.

Jeez, Lando bungled that. Nice lap from Piastri.

Still super close. I don't know how Piastri didn't improve in the last sector, he looked so quick.

Norris is going to have the hardest race start of his life tomorrow.

Looks like it was a really minor moment, but just enough to let Lando know he wouldn't be improving

Having only watched the sprint "highlights" (how the heck did they drag that out to 6+ minutes), it could by anything or a combination of; dirty air especially through S3 leading to the single DRS zone into a T1 that doesn't necessitate huge braking, DRS trains, the Ferrari being absolutely woeful here and (in Lewis' case) being so far back there was no point in risking the car.
