I think PIA at this pace will come out ahead of ALO.

Yeah, McLaren is cooked unless there is another safety car shortly.

If they clear Alonso, they could be saved.
I think they've already pretty much cleared him. Should be just behind Antonelli.

Nah they are fine, end the race P1-P2.
I wouldn't be sure of that. Even if they fall behind Antonelli they still have to pick up about 20 seconds on Verstappen rest of race.

It will be close for Norris

Lando is going to be right alongside the Alonso train in turn 1

Whew, lucky for both McLarens to come out ahead of Alonso. 😤

Fast stop saves Lando

favouritism

Alonso saves his former team's race.

Both on mediums though means they will probably go softs with 10 to go.

Norris is halfway to a 5 second penalty which will just prevent him from passing Verstappen.

Max is cruising to victory here

Max has to push like a maniac now

Max has this locked up it seems. Question will be if McLaren gets a double podium.

No, Piastri and Norris have to push, as they still need to pit and then pass Max on track.

I think a McLaren P2/3 is a given if nothing bad happens

Looks like Bearman left on 3 wheels

Yep. Verstappen is the only car even remotely in the same league as McLaren.

Lando had an off, possible damage

Lando has dropped quite far back from Oscar, and Max is right in him.

Massive tankslapper.

I think he’s only racing for 3rd.

How will they find 19/23 seconds? Ridiculous and Max will jump Oscar in the standings with a win.

Piastri probably won't find that on Verstappen. Norris needs to worry about staying in FRONT of Verstappen before he pits.

Old hards vs newish softs at the end.
It’s a big ask.

Norris needs to focus on finishing 3rd. He still has the championship if he finishes 3rd today and next week. Unless he falls behind Sainz or (gulp) Alonso, his focus should be ignoring Max altogether.
