The race pace of the Merc is ridiculous...Vettel is already 6 seconds down behind Lewis!
 
If I were Red Bull, I'd swap drivers right about now. See if Verstappen can close up to Vettel.

Then switch them back if he can't.

Also seeing the Merc gaining over 1sec a lap is just ridiculous. It looks like they're on a different category.

Max was back on track when he got past, plus he was ahead to start with, plus Leclerc pushed him off. There is no reason to penalise him for an off track overtake, just as Leclerc shouldn't be penalised (per precedent from Austria)

Max Verstappen rules: Any move is okay so long as the driver has enough fans to scare the stewards into not taking action. Other names include Dale Jr. rules and Chase Elliott rules :D

Max got pushed off. Physically (luckily no one lost a wing). He took the spot back.

I said that Leclerc shouldn't be penalised for pushing Mac off here, as Max wasn't penalised for Austria
 
1:29.160 for Hamilton - at this rate, we're on course for yet another Mercedes walkover.
