Steve Matchett: "Whenever you see a replay of a car coming into the pit box, you know something bad is going to happen."

Massa's day is finally complete, and it's his own bloody fault again. I'd have thought he would have worked out that the orange bit after the kerb is not to be driven on. It's time Massa called it a day. It's embarrassing watching him drive these days.

Agree entirely. Agree with stewards' decision on the contact too. I've hardly been Hamilton's biggest fan but if he'd got reprimanded for that particular contact I would have lost all faith in the powers that be in F1.

Massa still a bit angry at his wing/suspension/the kerbs/Hamilton/the stewards (cross off as appropriate) as he's kept his helmet on.

Alonso doing well to keep Webber behind him. The Ferrari doesn't look like the horrible understeer it's previously been on hard tyres.

Someone on twitter speculated that was just in case he hit something else in the paddock...

I think today has proven that Hamilton is an idiot and Massa is a liability. And that they cannot both be on the same piece of track at the same time in any situation. One of them - either - needs to leave F1 before one of them dies.

I don't quite know how many times Hamilton needs to try and overtake Massa in a narrow part of a race track before he realises that doing so will end in a collision, but it should be obvious by now. Massa, on the other hand, turned in with a car alongside him again and then managed to take himself out of the race by destroying his front suspension again by driving over one of the massive Cheetos again.

Also, why is Webber not being reprimanded for cutting the entirety of turn 11 every lap?

Hmm. I agree with the sentiment, but I don't know if I would take it that far. Senna and Prost drove like that for several years, and while they certainly wrecked each other a lot, their rivalry didn't kill either of them.

That said, I do agree that Hamilton has been driving like a pissed-off teenager, and Massa seems to forget how to drive when Hamilton is nearby.

Have to hand it to Vettel - he's got that extra bit of speed in the bag when he needs it. He still doesn't excite me as a racer (since we don't get to see him "race" as such) but he's got that repeatable pace to keep him out front.

That was more luck than judgement.
