So how does it look guys?
Forza looks amazing, but don't take my words for it and feel free to look at those pictures :)

Oh Turn 10, there will be so many angry fanboys if Forza 6 won't have dynamic weather.
Well, there is still the 30FPS advantage for Horizon. So we could see another Motorsport without weather in my opinion :(

The replays don't look much better but when it rains in cockpit mode you really feel like you're on a long road trip.

It's great fun when you're so far off-road you can't even see the road and the windscreen is filled with tall grass. I hope they have night and wet races.

I thought the demo would help the three weeks until launch go by more quickly but it seems longer than ever now. If I download the game and put my clock forward on the Xbox can I play it early? 💡 :dopey:

Also in the launch bonus free car pack.

The fans are already mad it wasn't in F5. That's why many of them didn't buy it at launch. :D
If F6 doesn't have weather or night racing, I, again, wont buy it at launch. On the other hand I wouldn't classify myself as a fanboy either, otherwise, I would have bought it at launch. Its also why I never even purchased the first Horizon. I only rented it. ;)

BTW this is looking beautiful especially with the weather. I noticed the rain on the windshield even changes direction depending on which way you turn. Cant remember if other racing games did this with weather yet. This also reminds me, I need to pre-order Horizon 2 asap.

We can buy this anytime right?

Won't happen but I'd love to see a dedicated Forza off roads rally sim.

With only one car on track, 60fps plus weather would be a reasonable choice.

Horizon is a great looker but the physics are not Forza 5 level from what I have played. Not that it's a problem. Horizon and motor sport offer two distinct experiences for car fans.

Weather isn't a deal breaker for me. It would be great for a 24 hours Le Mann race tho.

With all assists off is it not the same? In comparison to the 1st Horizon is it closer to reality?

I honestly wasn't expecting the Bowler or the Agera to be usable in the demo. 👍

Now crunch time, do I get the game and buy the DLC later OR spend £76.99 for the full package, V.I.P member, Season pass etc?

This is the first game I've played on Xbox One and PS4 that truly looks the part of a next-gen game. The first scene in the middle of the festival didn't look all that impressive, but my first trip through the grass completely changed that for me. Going off of my first 30 foot jump, doubly so.

I'm pretty impressed with Horizon 2 and I was a FM5 season pass owner from the start but something about getting 30 cars for $25 doesn't seem like a good value to me for the Horizon 2 season pass. I'm not sure what they were thinking.

I have to admit, I'm impressed! And that's coming from someone that vastly prefers my sim racing on the PC but I do enjoy a racing game with character as a change of pace. I liked the first Horizon but this is taking it to another level by quite a bit - this game truly looks "next gen".
I'm older than dirt, this demo reminds me of my first PlayStation and Ridge Racer in some ways - maybe the race with the jet fly-overs which at first I thought was just a silly gimmick but graphically and sound wise pretty cool.
Haven't switched my wheel/pedals over so just played with a gamepad, and may stick with a gamepad for this type of game. The cars handle very well, better than the first. Beautiful game, wonder what the full release will bring.

"Eric Prydz - Liberate"

Oh, I was referring to the cinematic opening song, with the woman talking in the beggining.

I'm starting to think it was made on purpose...

Thanks anyway, I was about to look up that one too!

What about pre ordering it from Gamestop?
The VIP & Season Pass were just announced today, so no one knows. I've never bought a Season Pass for any game, so I have no idea how it works buying it through Gamestop unless it's a little card you purchase. VIP was always something included with the Collector's Editions of the games & later offered online. I imagine with that taken into account, the Ultimate Edition may just be an online-only way of bundling everything together.

You don't save any more money though over buying a physical Day One copy & purchasing the other 2 benefits, however.

15/29 signs, 40/41 roads discovered. Finding that last road is driving me crazy.
Did you notice the roads are white when discovered and grey for not yet? Won't really help if it's a small road that is near two discovered ones though since the white fades in and it is hard to tell some times.

Make sure to drive on all the roads that head out-of-bounds and get reset on each one.
