I'd love one of those cars in Horizon.

The servers wobbled a little last night probably because of the influx of new players but everything was okay by the time I reluctantly pulled myself away from the game at 2am.

Must... Resist... XBOX One...

I'm still waiting to see some more gameplay from the 360 version before I cave and get either version, but if the 360 exclusives (well, the E28) pop up in the One version, then I will almost certainly cave in and get it.

When are the Rewards credits supposed to show up? the rewards page said I was due 1.5 million credits for FM5 loyalty and 1.5 million for FH1 loyalty. Credits will take 4 hours to show up the message read.

Well, a day later still nothing.

Is there a secret to getting the promised rewards?

The secret is to wait, it seems. Over at the (let's say less exciting than GTPlanet) FM.net forums, there's an announcement about them working on the issues that has been plaguing FH2 including rewards not going out. It's slowly being rolled out to everyone though.

Bye savings.

Edit: incase you can't tell I spent all my savings on a xbone.

Savings are overrated. Because either you will die and never spend it or worse, the ex wife gets it!

*Note- I do encourage a small savings hidden in cash, where no one knows!

Wait it is then.

I had the first crash of FM2 last night. I had been free roaming for about 45 minutes when the screen simply went black - then XBone main menu appeared. The crash was instant - not a lockup.

I pressed the X button to launch game and FH2 started up and dropped me into a Car Meet.

How are you guys digging the physics? Much more demanding than FH1 I feel. The tires are still too sticky but we knew it would be that way. Man handling the hell out of a Chevelle 454 in the classic muscle championship on Pro drivatar level was brutal!

I also have not received my rewards yet. Supposed to get something around 1 million for FH2. If it doesn't arrive it is no big deal. Money comes very easy in this game.

Worked on a vinyl last night and played a few more online races. Went from level 16 to level 19. Hoping to finish some of my vinyl paint jobs from previous Forza games. Been a while since I actually put some time into vinyls but I see myself getting back into it again with FH2.

Did everyone get the day one version bonus cars - 2014 Fiesta ST, 2012 Challenger SRT8 392, and the 2014 Mercedes A45 AMG? I also haven't received my pre-order car from Microsoft - the 2013 Audi RS4 Avant, or the $10 gift card.
Not a big deal, but if everyone else has receive theirs I will need to investigate.

I've had a few odd glitches so far, the funniest being the G65 Bucket List event. It's all about getting air as much as possible, and after one particularly hard landing, my Merc bust right through the ground and fell through nothingness for a few seconds before resetting.

I'm also stuck with 339/340 roads discovered, which is driving me nuts.

The controller bug happened to 2 more friends last night. They plugged in their play and charge kit while playing FH2, and the controller froze. They had to shut off the console to get everything to reset. That's the only major bug I have seen so far. Very well known problem. So my advice is to make sure your controller is charged before playing FH2. Do not unplug or plug in the controller while playing FH2. This doesn't happen to everyone, but it is a well known bug.

Good thing I have about a billion rechargeable batteries :P

That might still cause it to freeze. The disconnecting of the controller or reconnecting of the controller is what freezes the game. So make sure your batteries are fresh before starting. At least if it happens, you wont be surprised. ;)

I think they're pretty good, but cars are a little too easy to control. While it's gratifying to take a turn at break neck speed, I miss the finesse that it requires in FM5. I also found I was getting left in the dust when braking as I would in FM5. However, it is nice to just let go and enjoy the drive.

Ah, phew. All roads found now; make sure you go all the way in to each hub's little bit of road. Just fast traveled my way to the Saint-Martin one and the achievement popped at the loading screen before I even arrived.

The final race was disappointing; as it's just against the same cars you usually race. I've got all the boards unlocked too, and am about two bucket list events away from completion. Then I've got the other 9 classes to do, and I'll probably go on a spending spree before heading online.

That's odd that the 360 version has more roads to find than the one since the map is so much bigger.

So far I have yet won a car in the wheel spin that I already had, all new. Has anyone won a duplicate yet?
