It's the Nismo aero front bumper.

Ugh, this is going to be a PAINFUL wait. 4 days to go until the FH6 physical game launch (I do like a physical Forza game collection), so guess I'll play some other Forza games in the meantime.

First criticism

• Game has stable FPS (in my case 60) but microstutters, especially during turning.
• AA of powerlines etc. looks terrible in motion.
• Colors (metallic) still not punchy enough. It often looks great in the showroom or garage, but outside it still looks to chromey (even the three new metallic variants)
• Engine/exhaust sounds of player car is too quiet. I have to turn down lots of other audio settings to make it feel somewhat real
• Tyre squeal is connected to overall tyres sounds, which also incl. standard road noise. But road noise is way to prominent and drowns engine/exhaust sounds. I would have liked to be able to adjust tyres squeal seperately from road noise.

I'm curious if anyone has started playing on PC already, on something like a 3080 12gb, if the game can be playable with RTGI or not at 1440p.

Oh and BTW, exhaust smoke is gone.
I watched a lot of preview videos, all cars had smoke coming out of the exhaust while standing still, reacting to revving (garage or outdoors). It's gone. Only time I saw smoke is shortly after some backfires.

Wonder why they removed the dynamic smoke. It was a cool feature.

I remember that they mentioned that there's a possibility of past playlists becoming replayable, and the "Series History" reward in the achievements.

Some of these are a real letdown because it eliminates the likelihood of being able to use them as early-game cars, but as long as the S30 Z is in the autoshow, I'll be OK with grinding a little to afford it as my starter.

I think they mentioned they are looking into ways for festival playlist cars to be obtained this way.

Also, I saw that there are certain cars locked only to the Festival playlist, can someone confirm that? And I mean cars that are on the official car list.

At least for the cars that I checked so far, pretty much all the starter cars you can get up to getting your first wrist band.
Graphic settings are maxed out (RTX 4080).
I haven't bought any car so far.

Afaik they said it was temperature dependent. Can you check in the alpine region?

On Credits, they mentoned some brands: BYD, KIMERA AUTOMOBILI, DETOMASO, NILU27, SPYKER, INEOS, NETA and Bugatti too.
Plus other cars already in FH5, but not in FH6 (Citroen, Ats...)

Ok, I just checked again and now my BMW M2 has smoke coming out of the exhaust, but it was not right after changed to the car, only after some minutes of driving. Which is actually the opposite compared to how it is in reality.

But ok, smoke is there!

I’d love to see a list of cars that have only been in a single Horizon game. SD1, Hillman Imp, MG TA, Triumph TR7 (should have been the TR8), etc. So many great cars they went to the trouble to source, scan, record, and release, just to then be discarded.

Its name is Japanese enough that I could definitely see it. That being said, though, it's also so very Mexican that PG might see more reasons not to bring it back than to port it forward.

OK, maybe the handling is a microsecond or two less snappy than FH5 but I just came off of a session on NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered and at least the cars here don't turn a quarter second after you move the stick like they seemed to in that game

On Credits, they mentoned some brands: BYD, KIMERA AUTOMOBILI, DETOMASO, NILU27, SPYKER, INEOS, NETA and Bugatti too.
Plus other cars already in FH5, but not in FH6 (Citroen, Ats...)

Oh jeez. Now I'm not only thirsting for a return of the Pantera and the C8, I'm wondering if the reason we didn't get the Lancia 037 is because they might give us Kimera's update instead. And the Nilu27 has always been vaguely intriguing to me. Never even heard of Neta but their GT looks interesting, too.
