I have only been playing for 30 minutes or so & the first car I've driven (outside the intro) is the LP570-4.

Holy hell, does it bring back the experience I had in Vegas with the car. The sound is dead on, absolutely dead on. I won't compare the physics as I'm still getting adjusted & playing with a controller, but the game plays absolutely beautifully & the sound is just an eargasm. The sheer fact that T10's lead sound developer took the time to make sure the sound started to echo as you pull onto the oval at Sunset is attention to detail in its finest.

As said, it's only my first race, but the sound is just so beautiful. I haven't been this impressed since Hot Pursuit. I can really see myself (& my roommates) going deaf from this game. Love it.

Easy missed on an app. I hardly ever check the stickies.
 
Did anyone pick up the new wheel controller? I just moved across the country, and my wheel is one of the things sitting in storage in Ohio. I ran 3 races with it at Best Buy, and I thought it was an improvement over the controller. Couldn't figure out how to look around, or shift though, which made me think it's more of a casual gaming thing than anything else.

EDIT: Just realized it's not available until next week.
 
If you are talking about the Wireless Gaming Wheel from MS, yes, it's more for casual. It really was designed to work in conjunction with Kinect (though obviously it works without Kinect).
 
It tells me to put in disc 1 when i insert disc 2...
????
Edit: nevermind, found the option to install in disc 1

I'd say they're very quick, personally, much quicker than FM3. And this is with the 1st disc not installed to the hard drive which is supposed to improve the load times even more.
 
The sound of the game is AMAZING!

Anyone else get a GMC Cyclone yet? Because for some reason the bottom trim of mine glows in the dark.

I'll try and get a picture of it.

I take it the real Cyclone doesn't glow in the dark, so I'm guessing this is a bug. I've tried different colors, and I've restarted the race a few times.

EDIT: So far loving the game though, this is actually the only problem so far. The sound of my fully tuned Hummer that fits conveniently in B Class only 3 points down from A class is just unbelievable. The race exhaust sounds fantastic.

Only gripe so far is that it's the same wheel collection from the last two games. Give us some new ones!

Their limit is less than flickr or imageshack(both have it capped at 20MB).

File size is over 20MB for 1 pic.

You might have to change the dpi a bit. that's the only thing I can think about.

Are you trying to post 12mp RAW files or something?
 
You will have to make it jpeg really, so far all of the raw bmps I got are way over 20mb.
 
I use Picasa. It converts the image that it displays into a .jpg automatically, but if you link to the source you can download the full size .bmp.

There should be a download button in the top left when you check the source. I'm not even sure there is a file size limit.

And the pictures isn't meant to be great or anything, I was just testing out Big Shot.
 
So I just bought a 360 and ordered a copy of Forza 4 to pick up tomorrow! So excited!

I just started up my xbox though. Got the language set to english. And now i'ts asking me to "Select your locale." should I pick Japan or United States? Does it matter? I have friends in the US and Japan that I want to play with. But mostly the US. Hopefully you guys get back to me quickly.
