That's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.
Hey Israel don't forget the Bugatti Veyron SS and EB110 SS.
What About the Abarth 595 essesse (from italian SS)?
Dart Hemi SS?

Let's get dumber:
Ford Boss?
Ferrari 250 Testarossa?
Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso?
What about any Nissan? Hennessey?

Chevy also made a Stingray L88 Coupe in the sixties. 88 is a number beloved of fascists and neo-Nazis as it corresponds to the eighth letter of the alphabet twice - HH - Heil Hitler. The conspiracy deepens.

Really? That's a damn shame. Is there gameplay of it somewhere?
There is gameplay of it, on YouTube search failrace and click onto their channel and you'll see a new video that says Maserati silly car build...
There is gameplay of it at Sebring in the wet

Any way back on topic...

I am SO happy about the FF7 Mk1 Escort making it in! Omg yessss!

Also, omg lol, they are adding the Gurka LAPV?! Haha, that's actually amazing, smashy smashy! :D. Awesome additions.

However, the whole "you need to buy FF7 on Xbox video to get Doms Charger" is ****ing stupid...like, seriously? Who thought that idea would go down well ¬¬.

but what's the point when it's failing to replicate the real thing properly?

With comparison to this video:

It's a question of fidelity once again too, in Forza 6 it seems like the base sound sample is not far off reality with what the V8's sounds like from FM5, but it seems pitched up for some reason and there is much less character to the engine note in Forza 6 which they have used again, it seems like it's just been recorded quickly on the fly and synthed together towards an estimation for ALL V8's.

It's a shame, when they even did a feature on the Polestar a few weeks ago and the rest of the V8 Super Cars...it's an approximation of the real V8s engine sounds based on a loose sample from a car of this spec, which in turn, has ended up sounding a bit underwhelming, but it this case, wrong entirely! Ugh

I wonder if they will bring out a GT pack. Seems like I will be missing the C5.r, the c6.r, the zr1 GT car, the Maserati MC12 GT1, and I still been missing the 550 Maranello Gt cars. Lord how I've missed those. I'm glad we got some updated cars although soon enough the Z4 GTLM will be history as well.

I'd like to see the Matech Ford GT make it in too.

I think we are missing some Viper GT cars too.

No, it's just wrong. You can hear the car is a flat plane from your video but sounds just like the fords and holdens in the forza vid.

Yeah sorry, that's what I mean. They have "faked" an approximation for V8 super cars, like how it's based on how the holdens/fords sounds, which is what the "base sound" is what i was meaning, I.E., the base sound is not too bad, but when it comes to the ACTUAL sound then yes, it sounds wrong. Edited my original post clarity too.

@05XR8

Heh, awesome, but don't expect it to sound that good or even correct in FM6 :\, although...I would be really surprised if they did. I know it's a different spec ofc, but they go completely out of there way to NAIL the sound of the 787B Mazda to perfection since FM4, but just throw together a placeholder for the V8 supercars...I really hope that's note case as since FH2 there was such an audio improvement all round.

OMG - does this mean they're going to have to stop manufacturing Porsche 911 cars now in case someone gets reminded of the Twin Towers?!
I must say (and in doing so I mean in no way to belittle or make humour out of the 9/11 attacks), that some years ago it did strike me and made me wonder if anyone at Porsche had ever thought 'ohhh, f'ing hell '

PD came under lots of flak when they got the HSV 010 all wrong. They went and amended the sound to mimic real life. F6/XBOX as the "Home of V8 Supercars", I'm sure they will make the sounds as close as possible for us players.

For people who have already got the game in time trial can you drive any car without buying it just like in previous Forza Motorsport games?

You can rent them in free play at least (haven't got the game, been watching streams), I haven't seen anyone go in to rivals mode yet but you can set the free play to have no AI drivers for pretty much the same effect. The only thing is when you're renting a car I believe you get no XP or credits which I can't remember if that's the same as previous games.
