How many cars are still locked though? If I remember, @-Fred- had said that there really wasn't that many still locked. If that's the case, there really was never going to be enough to be able to have a new cycle for that long, hence the repeats. The specialty dealer is cycling cars that are in the base game, where as these Rivals and League rewards are actually completely new outside the original roster, from what I can tell, so it's not really something to mix in the first place.

I'd have to check back but I believe I've got 38 left to unlock as of now, one of which is the Veyron that pops up at the level up reward screen from time to time, another is the Torana FE that was only available if you beat Josef Newgaarden in the Rivals event. There's 2 more being unlocked once the Leagues end, and 4(?) more once the Bounty Hunter finishes next week, so we'll be down to 30-ish in the coming weeks. Out of those 30-ish there's 8 or 9 FE cars, so in reality it's 20-odd cars that are left to unlock. Unless they start doing Forzathon like in FH3 and give out cars that are completely new content and not available in the base game, that too will become a recycling spot soon, I'm afraid. Same with the league prizes and the bounty hunters.

2016 Nissan TITAN Warrior Concept/53,475 Cr/+94
2005 SUBARU Impreza WRX STi/46,000 Cr/+77

Lol the Titan, STI and Reventon.

This is like the Gordon Ramsay meme... your specialty dealer is actually not very special.

Its just recycled microwave dregs.

Turn10 are trolling at this point.

New(ish) line up:
2009 Ferrari 458 Italia/+605/350,750 Cr

It's getting to be that time again.... I'm beginning to equate this with high school cafeteria food. Awwwww, chipped beef again???? How about something different? anything different! The Chevy Vega is still locked. What are you saving that for? C'mon TURN 10, throw us a bone!!!

Not entirely sure how a car with a production run of only 197 examples can be considered "common" but whatevs.

I heard Turn 10 locked all the cars to try to get us to play more. It has done the opposite for me. I have played Forza 7 way less than Forza 6. When I play a racing game I want to play certain cars. They may have 700 cars but if they are locked and other games have them I am playing the other games. I know you can rent cars but you can’t use the rent cars in a lot of stuff or time them.

I think Turn 10 is happy as long as they can brag about how many monthly players they have, which is where the community events and locked prizes come into play. Rather cynical but let's wait and see how sales will respond the next time around.

Wow! Thanks NORTHSTAR. That really is Good News, if it's true. There are many REWARDS cars that I can't buy again. I'd like to buy some of them and run them with different tunes on them or different paint schemes. And I feel cheated that they are keeping content away from me, like it's exclusive or something. I splurged for the 100$ Deluxe Edition, I should get all the exclusives, I paid for it! Besides, I have like 55 Million CR, what else am I gonna spend my CR on? More lame prize crates? Or perhaps a 5th Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster?

^ It's legit, they mentioned in the week in review article: https://forzamotorsport.net/en-us/news/wir_5_18_18

I wonder how they gonna handle this now, they mentioned we'll be getting one car from the old rotation, right now we have 35 cars being rotated across 11 weeks, so if they bring one of these 35 back each week that means the new cycle will be 35 weeks long then it will start repeating again?
