Will FM get a modern F1 car back? This is an important race car in my opinion. (You can say buy F122 I will tell you to buy ACC for your GT cars lol)

Super sad to see all of the content cut - but I guess we were never going to get a car list of 900+ or 1000+ with every XB1 Generation model.

Would you happen to have that picture list of missing FM7 cars in text format? Would be handy for future reference.

I bet they will list the Trucks, SUVs, Indy Cars, rally cars and NASCAR that makes 70% of this list and people will assume somehow T10 is hiding stuffs even if its clear as the day that 90% of cars had licencing issues or wouldnt fit motorsport as well

For real, i hope Forza is a sucess beacuse if not, i will get REAL ANNOYED that i wont get another new Motorsports again beacuse people were mad with CARS THAT WOULDNT BE INTO THE GAME ANYWAYS while they dont bother with the crew abusing microtransations or GT abusing of grinding system to push you inyo microtransation

The majority of these are probably licensing, like the Rolls Royce pictured, or wouldn't be suitable in the game anyway. I would look at videos like this one with a grain of salt as the most likely haven't paid attention to any of the announcements about why certain cars are missing and just look at it as 'content left out intentionally to make a profit on later.'

It’s intentional.

Many areas of Forza have a 16 character limit, so that exceedingly long names like (F1 example) Aston Martin #14 Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One Team AMR23 don’t cause boundary issues.

They can EASILY create 2 lists, a shorter abbreviated list for in the tight spaces and a longer list for when there is room. I work in the UI and HMI screen interface sector as well (pharmaceutical sector) and that’s how we do it. It is like I mentioned before, all about quality control.
 
Do we know if this will support Ultrawide resolutions? I don't see why not since FH5 did from day 1.

I'm really hoping I can use my G9...

Won't be long till we find out.

My guess is no, and that Free-Play will be exactly the same as FM7 (maybe with less options).

Though I think if Free-Play improvements get enough traction in the Suggestions Hub, we could see the mode get things like Custom Championships, Shareable/Downloadable races and Selectable AI in the future.

Just finishing off my review right now, and I can 100% guarantee that someone is going to be infuriated by it even though it's level, honest, approaches it from my own point of view, and scores it objectively :lol: It's always the way; we'll have either scored it way too low (so I'm a GT shill) or way too high (so I'm trying too hard to not be a GT shill), or possibly both simultaneously.

The embargo lifts at a very inconvenient time for me (and more so for our Americans), so the infuriated people will be yelling into the void.

I haven't been able to jam everything noted in the thread and every thought I had into the review (as it's already over 3000wd), so I will be filling in any missing questions here later in the day as well as updating the Guide with all the information I will be able to share at that point.
