Is there a site like this site for Forza 3? One where there are like tune shops and what not to get advice and tunes for cars?

unlike GT, FM has a pretty good official forum, and it's pretty much exactly what you're looking for. the website is "forzamotorsport.net", just go over to the forum tab.
