That's the Frame Twister obstacle at Hollister ORV park during Top Truck Challenge. I've driven through it a few times with my old Samurai, although not when the water/mud was even close to that deep. It can be really tough, especially for short wheelbases. However, this guy just showed that 54" tires and a long wheelbase (and a lot of power) can make it look pretty easy, though.
 
This guy usually would do RC videos and such but he brought us something different, which may fit here.
