FR cars now perform much better at Catalunya...

Try driving high performance cars without TCS in real life. They snap oversteer and snap back when the grip returns.

PD made a big concession to people who complained about GT7 too difficult imo. Result is a too easy and arcadish behaviour of FR cars, more like GT sport. A step backwards.

This ridiculous snap oversteer isnt even a thing in Asetta Corsa, what the hell are you talking about?

No, they don't snap oversteer. I mean you can watch pretty much any episode of Top Gear and 99% of the time the cars powerslide and oversteer without snapping out every time. Some cars will, but they generally tend to just be some of the poorer handling cars anyway.

It is infinitely better now.

I drove a MR 1973 Porsche 914 for years, also on track and raced it in a race for road going cars, and I can say that its behaviour was very comparable to what we get with e.g. the Ferrari 308 in GT7. You just always needed to be EXTREMELY alert entering corners or it snapped.
So please do not give PD ideas so they would also think they need to tame the MR cars ...

So you're talking about a 50 year old car? Sure, have your snap oversteer, everyone knows Porsches from the 70s and 80s were widowmakers. Modern cars on modern tires don't snap oversteer into a ditch like that. Try driving a new Cayman or Boxster, the only way to get it out of sorts and oversteer is to be seriously stupid.

Modern 500 horsepower FR muscle cars like the Z/28 or something doesn't complain much at all trying to put the power down on properly sized street tires....certainly nothing like how the Z car does in like the license test where I think most people was surprised by the GT7 initially...

What about MR cars? I never really thought the FR cars were bad at all. MR was a little touchy.
Have to point this out as well.

FR cars actually wasn't so bad. But MR cars were ridiculous some of them. In particular the Carrera GT, the Ford GT '06, Ferrari F40... MR was where it was really difficult to tame, and it wasn't realistic with the snap of oversteer at even low speeds in the correct gear.

Now? Much better. My tuned Ford GT '06 was undriveable. Literally a piece of junk only good for straight line speed. Now? Now it's among the best tuned cars I have.

Audi R8 LMS and the Huracan GT3 are also better than before. These two cars were also absolute garbage to tame.

I can certainly confirm that the Huracan GT3 is much more pleasant to drive. It doesn't loose traction like it used to. Still a beast mind you, but tamable. I'm very happy with the update.

Remember guys, a lot of these settings were backwards and when you tuned your cars according to real life settings, you were inadvertently causing more oversteer.
