If I can get a list of 8 definite drivers for next week I'll run it, but if not that's the end of the series.
 
There's one. Me, Nate, Saggy, Uxious = 5. Need words from moleman, Bdub, Tyrrell, acedition etc.

Would love to continue racing these but it's hard to set up next week when I had ONE driver turn up today. We ran out of grid spaces during registration, and now no one turns up, it's really frustrating when the series could be so much more alive!
 
To be fair qualifying doesn't start till 8:40 so there might have been a few more had you hung on for a bit, I didn't plan on joining until a few minutes before the start of qualifying.

Can't make next week but I can make the Tuesday's after.
 
Usually the room starts fills between 8 and 8:10, but today it was me and Nate till 8:20. You were the only driver to pop in aside from Saggy who is mainly there to fill some spaces on the grid! XD
 
I'll be in for next week. Tried to post to say I couldn't make it tonight but couldn't find the thread! Sorry!
 
For me this is some of the best racing Ive experienced online and would gladly carry on with a series 2 straight off the bat. Really strange no one turned up tonight. Hope it's a one off!

Know how you feel mate, our series started off with 26 drivers then down to 9 when we finished.
 
if no one had any objections I'd be up for having a crack at Spa. Wouldn't mind not taking any points as it'd be a one off drive for me, likewise I don't have a problem if you wanna keep it just for people who registered for the series (needed a bit of a break from online championships after the last btcc series, hence why I haven't been involved in this up to now).

You're a clean driver Kick so I don't see why you can't join the last race for laughs. It is always a bit difficult when you allow people in who don't have points to loose, but with only 2 drivers who've been at every race I don't see why not :)
 
I'm in for next week, and for the record, it maks no difference to me who's racing with us:tup:.
 
Nate suggested a series reboot, but it might be better just to run the last race at Spa then see were we go from there.
 
I'm still in!! Had some doubts but we should be ready to roll come race time.
 
Just to check (showing how far out the loop I am lol) with tuning disabled, am I right in thinking you have to use the standard settings in terms of suspension/gearbox etc?

If you buy the MX-5 TC, and oil change it, it's ready to race (207 BHP).

You can then paint it, then change the wheels and number.
 
Running the race tonight!

Should be fun, and the only real battle for points is in the top 3. Just try not to take anyone off :p.

A few track boundaries.
-Eau Rouge (obviously), 2 wheels on tarmac, take it easy.
-First Right-left 2 wheels on tarmac, return any gained time/places.(shouldn't see issues here)
-The fast double left- 2 wheels on tarmac, not the green :)
-S-bend-Keep all 4 wheels on, for everyone's safety :p
-Back to the chicane-again 2 wheels, possible advantage and huge crashes from using those run-offs.

Some great racing tonight around the pack.

Congratulations to the ridiculous speed that is Moleman, who took another 2 wins! However closely in race 1 :)

Did get attacked by cold tyres and Sy's questionable racing etiquette, but it was all fun.

Post if you are interested in a series 2, or a similar series with a new car.

Cheers for the racing tonight guys! Would have talked more in the lounge but my D-Pad is broken and I cba to try and type with the analogue sticks :P

Race 1 was absolutely awesome, was 4 of us together for maybe the first 4-5 laps. Then myself and bdub managed to make it just the two of us. Nose to tail for the penultimate lap, then Side by Side for practically the whole of the last lap, was great! Just grabbed the win on the line!

Race 2 was a bit quieter. Except I nearly binned the car after the long straight on cold tyres! :o

Looking forward to whatever is next Chris! :)
