HSV isn't going to be there so gik has a definite place.

The room will open at 8:00, and I think the cut off for positioned drivers joining will be 8:25. Past this, the room will open for the next reserve on the list, before the race start at 8:40

Gik, please arrive at 8:00-8:20 if you can.

Keep eyes on this thread tonight.
 
Mini guide to the race start:

3,2,1,go, all drivers hold their place and SC goes to the front. Single-file lap around the track, slowing before the final corner. For Suzuka, the pace car pulls off just before the chicane and leader holds the pace. The leader full throttles out of the chicane, and the others follow.

Drivers may pass as soon as they leave the chicane.

If there is a safety car called, SC will be typed. continue racing until the start/finish line, then slow gradually, holding your race position.

I want poll position just so i can hold you lot up in the chicane lol...

I decided to just go in and open up then went and done a little spot of shopping this morning so far and just sitting in traffic as usual on my way home.. I'll be on most of the day if no-one has anythinbg better to do :)
 
Would like to leave a little note here for everyone participating!

Hey guys, as you all know - I'm the Safety car! Awesome right?
The practice session have been a good laugh, but tonight we get serious.

Since Suzuka is a long track, I will be keeping a steady pace of 70-90 mph through the straights and slowing down considerably for the corners so that people don't get split up. I advise whoever is following me to keep a fair distance as to not disrupt the start of the race. Moleman I'm looking at you!

We'll be going over this in the room tonight as well for people who have missed it. - But this will stand for every official race that takes part.
 
Dont forget madatory pit stop race 2 im sure these things will do 10 laps on racing hards so take heed.:D
 
Frag, sorry but a family emergency came up and I can't make the race today, hopefully their is a reserve ready to step in. I don't plan on missing any more races, and it kills me that I have to miss Suzuka as it is one of my favorite tracks. 👎

Excuse me? How was you forced off? I was leading coming up to the corner and you went off the track around me then as i turned in you hit me.



I must say. That was a stupid way to setup the race, some didn't even get the place they qualified for. I don't no how on earth we can have so much trouble sorting out who goes where and ect. Other leagues run fine, us on the other hand. Look there seriously has to be a way round this. Because if it's going to be like this on whole series then im off.

By the way sorry to everyone about the lag in race 2. It hit big time and then i just somehow found a nice wall.
