Brilliant update Freddy!!!! Really impressive!! One of your best shots IMO!!!

Very very nice dude!!! How nicely you captured the theme, it amazes me. Very very good.
Pay attention to the shadow underneath the Trueno though. When selection the car, and copying that selection onto a new layer, you should erase the edges of that layer around the shadow a bit. So that when you add a motion blur layer underneath it, it doesn't have that border line in it.
It's not that visible though, so don't be bothered to try and correct it. It looks very nice but it's just that little detail ;)

👍 Great work!

Thanks very much for the great comments.

Niels: Yeah I saw that around the shadow when I posted the picture. Next time I will pay more attention to such details. That indeed makes shots much better. Thanks for pointing on it. 👍

Comment: In this shot I wanted to show that cars from the end of the 80ies (where most of them looked like crap) can look great too. I really like the design of the old supras. I wouldn't mind having one of those in my garage. The rims had to be enlarged, because it didn't look too well with those small 15" rims on it. :) I focussed my work in this picture on smooth lines and nice but small reflections. Notice the reflection of the yellow/red sky between the right headlight and the fogglight.

I didn't find the angle spectacular, but the rims, lighting and cleanup are very well done.

Another top quality work Freddy!! Just lovely. Thats the best shot of that car that I ever seen!!
Congrats mate:)

I really like your "The Chase" picture. it gives a real sense of action.

the supra shot is also good but i like "The Chase" picture a bit better

Comment: First of all I used exactly this car for the cccl competition week 7. But I had to get rid of those rims once again. The perfect rims imo where these audi rs4 rims. I did not enlarge them. With this update I wanted to show you that this car can look spectaculair. After seeing the discussions in the cccl competition about it. First I wasn't really impressed, but after taking some shots of it at Beacon Hill I'm convinced that it IS a nice looking car.

Thats real good Freddy!!! Your shots are just amazing...truly works of "art".
Well done once again:cheers:

Comment:
Since my last shot got few replies I thought you might want to see more action instead of a normal phototravel shot. I always wanted to do a radial blur shot at hong kong and here it is. I also motion blurred the hood and the wind shield to make it look more realistic.

Very nice work, freddy. 👍
The hood line came out really well, only the door lines where they meet the brighter reflections could have been burned a bit more, to cut the reflection and seem deeper.
Again, great use of color and a sweeeet blur.

The RSX is well clean, but I think the lack of comments on it could be due to the shot not having anything 'different' in it, can't find the right words... I mean, it's a good shot, well executed, but it's a bit boring, if you know what I mean. Don't take it the wrong way.

The Supra is also a great shot, good tones, well clean, and I too think those rims look just perfect on that car. I have 2 of those, gotta give it a try at phototravel.

You're definitely getting better at clean-up, high-end work already. 👍

This shot of the RX7 is amazing!! If I could, I would give U +rep...but I must give to more people before I can give U again.
Freddy...you´re a real pro, love your work mate:)

i dont get how i can do a blur like that in ps, without any parts of the car going with it if you know what i mean. great update though! it's like an action shot for the need for speed carbon game. well done mate!

Wow. Again, that's all I can really say :dopey: I'm very impressed by how well you are able to edit your shots nowadays. You have gone a long distance from where you were with your very first pics. The RX-7 is drop-dead-sexy. Got to give you some credit. The fact that you have edited the hood and the windshield as well is something I would've never thought of doing. It makes the picture look so damn nice. I haven't been following the Photomode comps or anything that well lately, but I'm surprised if you haven't won one of them by now. :dopey: You should've at least, if all your pics are as great as the latest updates. The "Chase", the Supra, the Acura... I think you're my favourite GT photographer at the moment :dopey: Very great work my friend!

Ray: Thanks! About the blur...you might be right. I just wanted to have a nice feeling to the shot. Not really wanted it to looks very real.

Skyline: Thanks a lot man! Cool to have a comment from you again. Well then you must be surprised that I haven't won a comp since I'm back. Made a lot of polls and one 2nd and a few 3rd places. Winning one at the moment but it just started.

Vince: Thank you!

M3: Thanks dude! Yeah now you say so it catches my eye as well. The road indeed seems endless. :)
