free oil change?

first off "hello" this is my first post
just got finished running the "wind" race and before I saved the game did an oil change, I swear it was free. Is this a glitch or has anyone else seen this?

no...i recall it was 250 credits. car wash is 50 credits

No it was most likely a glich in the game. Theres no such thing as "free"
