I snapped it up at that 50% off price. GT cars aren’t exactly my favorite thing but the racing itself looks really good. What’s the current state of the VR? I know it wasn’t good at launch

Are you sure you have the 2018 season selected? The KCMG is from the 2019 season while the RJN/GTAcademy is 2018.

VR is awful, if anybody else was curious

It's far from being awful on my side. With a PC able to handle the load and correct settings, you can get almost the same VR image quality than the one you've got in AC.
