Well the last one took 3 minutes, so hopefully will take less than 10 minutes, will update later.

I will be using my wheel for ToCA12, I'm getting better with it. I got into the top 250 on Raceroom Experience yesterday :sly: I'd say I'm about 0.5 seconds slower at the moment on GT6 👍

Yes I did, I thought the pre-qualy had ended but I joined when there was like 2 minutes left, realised my mistake then left the lobby again immediately.
 
Downloaded while I was at school, now just need to fire it up.
 
20MB download speed took me 1 hour to download the update and the patch, so I can't complain. :D But it finished installing right before I had to leave for work, so now I gotta wait 4 hours to drive the Senna content. :(
 
I began the installation at 12pm, and it's still going. This is beyond bollocks.

My biology teacher isn't great, to put it lightly. He walks round saying "right, lads..." for an hour.
 
@DK Have you tried cleaning out inside. It ruined my previous PS3 :(

Honestly, I believe I've broken this game. My only hope now is waiting for a "GT5 XL" equivalent for GT6, or having enough money so that either buying a second (digital) copy of GT6 or a new hard drive is no biggie.

@raceorama123432 It's not the the PS3 that's at fault, it was perfectly capable of installing updates for F1 2013 and GTA IV. It's GT6 that's broken.

Have you tried deleting some games you have in there? Maybe that can help.
 
I've done a complete wipe of the hard drive, and it wasn't lack of space that was the problem. The PS3 turned off when I tried to quit the installation process when I first downloaded 1.07.

I'd do almost anything to get 1.08 working for me.
