Wow, I thought I may of been 13th after tonight, but i'm still in with a great shout of becoming a 3 time indy champion

2 race nights in and a future Toca teaser hell Furi what kept you.

Just showing something next week, what's wrong with that? :odd:

May I lobby for the Mazdas to have a LSD added, engine power is fine but the car struggles everywhere else.

BoP will be re assesed after Round 3.

As a note - I am pretty happy with current BoP - it has matches testing results but a couple minor modifications may be in order.

I find it's the quickest down the straight but can't take a corner, so an LSD may suit it but a drop in power would make it balanced

Silverstone showed its speed more than at Brands, see how the BOP does.

Cracking scrap between us two then.
enjoyed it aswell, when i got passed you i didnt realise that i had so lifted of expecting to see you cut across the front of me but then you hit me from behind

I've worked out that the Toyota is like the Bimmer in WTCC. Except I have no straightline speed (even with siggers down on power, and me being in a draft, he still pulled away from me).

Off the line, I make up one or two places. By the end of the lap, i've gone to the back of the field after getting swamped by everyone. Then, as you find some pace, the backmarkers slow you down through the corners, and then just pull away again on the straights. The only place it works is in the last 3/4 laps at a push. That's why last night, I made up about 5 places in 2 laps, because I had to go on a mad rampage to squeeze through every gap. If only the races were that little bit longer.

Ugh, time for Willow. No straight line speed at all, what's the point in trying?

I don't really want to do Willow. I'm bored of being stuck at the back.

At least you didn't have to drive a Hyun...wait I got a 4th place here last season lol.

We didn't go to Willow last season...

Well we're talking about the sand pit, here.

I remember flying on top of Furi here in pre season testing (@hsv010 should remember).

Willow is good track for the Ford but it's even better for the Lexus.

Willow should be good for the Renault and Mazda as well.

Blancpain geo blocked in the UK - and it's from Brands Hatch!

FFS... :banghead:

EDIT - I'm calmer now.

Awful performance by myself tonight, sorry @Roflwaffle

In every race I just went straight backwards. Every time I fell off the racing line I immediately lost a handful of places. Race 3 I finished about where you would expect considering I was down 17 horses:yuck:
Don't worry about. Anyway, now I'm in front of you in the championship, so lets just call it team tactics :sly:

Willow will be a strong track for the 86. You must have known it was slow on straights from the sheer amount of times I said so, let alone any testing you did.

I knew it was slow, but not "car down on power and giving me a draft but still losing out to it" kind of slow. It has potential, it just gets negated so quickly by the nature of the FF's.

Just watch out in the long Turn 2 because if you push too hard you can get oversteer.
