I've seen very few R30s in the state and those I have seen aren't all that modified. Wheels, tires and maybe suspension. That's about it. If they know what they have when buying this one I doubt it will get modified.

Based on what i have seen of R30/R31 over the last few years plus any pre-r32 skylines on Instagram, you're correct about that. Over here it seems that they often left those skylines stock or slightly modified (not counting RHD to LHD converts tho). Compared that to R32 or anything above however...
